"The place is very nice, downhills there are shops , uphills there are restaurants) Pepper valley is 30 min walk from the hotel. Administator Anastasiya is a very polite lady. And the person appointed for the service of the outside territory is nice as well."

Some of the staff ( not all) are rude. It is connected with their lifestyle and misunderstandings which appear when people ask for some things. Some do not understand that in a room there needs to be evth for eating and drinking even if a person eats out. In the best room of the new building still there is no fridge inside the room. However, the place for it exists as the furniture provided has particular space for it. The communication problems may occur so it is better to negotiate every single detail as the view of the relax may differ.

"Ruhig und schön auf dem Land gelegene Estancia. Ansprechendes Außengelände: gemütlich. Möglichkeit zu reiten oder kleine Wanderungen zu machen. Asado zum Abendessen: urig und familiär. Der Besitzer ist ausgesprochen hilfsbereit, hat uns das Gelände erklärt, so dass wir loswandern konnten, hat uns essbare Palmfrüchte gezeigt, die wir vorher nicht kannten. Schöner Nachthimmel ohne Lichtverschmutzung. Toll war, dass man erst 15:00 abreisen muss. So konnten wir den Tag bis zu unserem Rückflug dort genießen."

Tür des Zimmers ließ sich von außen nicht verschließen. Da wird zwar nichts passieren aber trotzdem irritierend und unangenehm. In der Dusche lagen 3 olle, zerknüllte Shampoo-Fläschchen rum, teils offen. Fläschchen mit brauchbarem Inhalt haben wir nicht gefunden, obwohl noch 3 weitere im Raum waren! Das geht so nicht, das ist unhygienisch. Wir sind auf Seife umgestiegen. Das Badezimmer wirkte allgemein etwas schmuddelig. Der Abfluss der Dusche war leicht verstopft.

"Ich wünsche allen Andorrareisenden das sie in dieser Casa Unterkunft bekommen können. Wir wurden sehr umhegt und das Inhaberehepaar war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und abends gab es frisch zubereitete Speisen, die einfach fantastisch mundeten. Insgesamt war diese Unterkunft für uns eine sehr angenehme Überraschung. Vielen Dank für das gute Essen und für die freundliche Aufnahme."

Es hat uns alles gefallen. Schön wären ein paar mehr Haken in Bad und Dusche für die Handtücher und eine kleine Ablage am Waschbecken.

"The room we stayed in was very spacious, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the accommodation was clean and modern. There were also a lot of facilities available in the garden, like a grill and outdoor seating, which we did not get to use because of our short stay. Additionally, the owners were very friendly."

It is a little bit away from the town, but that is no problem if you have a car, which you can park for free at the property.

Ist jetzt nicht wirklich negativ, aber man sollte wissen, dass im Ort kein Supermarkt, Restaurant oder sonst was ist.

"Ein einmaliges, vermutlich, altes Stallgebäude. Fantastisch renoviert und modern eingerichtet. Im Gemeinschaftsraum gab es einen tollen Kamin und eine Küche. Diese war eingerichtet. Leider hatten viele Gegenstände schon Gebrauchsspuren. Der Vermieter war außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Grundstück."

Man konnte leider die Wärme im Schlafzimmer nicht regulieren. Da wir sonst immer mit offenen Fenster schlafen war das recht schwierig. Im Bad gab es keine Fußbodenheizung. In die Dusche sind wir erst als das Wasser ein wenig lief und die Fliesen angewärmt waren.

"This is not a standard hotel or gite or whatever, this is a special place. Expect no luxury here, this is not what Karims guesthouse is about. It is about being in a small village and in nature. Basically, this is as close to a home stay as you can book on Booking. You can choose a room or the stilted house (recommended) in a garden full of interesting plants. Your water comes from a well or the river, your coffee directly from the bushes around you, and the food from...actually I don't know where, but it is amazing. One of the Kpime waterfalls is just a short, but nice walk away, and you can roam the village or take a long walk to Yikpa waterfall (~4 h one way). And when you come back, you lay in a hammock with a fresh and local cocoa or sit in the garden. And the best, you don't need to be in Kpalime, with all the chaos, noise, and smells. Although it is something different, I really enjoyed my stay. Karim is a fantastic host and La montagne verde exactly my type of stay."

Just be aware what you are booking, and there is nothing negative about it.

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im Apartment Stevans. Zur Begrüßung bekamen wir Feigen und Trauben! Das Dörfchen ist super süß und ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt um den See zu erkunden. Die Unterkunft hat einen ganz tollen Garten in dem man toll Sitzen und Entspannen kann. Die Nachbarin kann sogar Deutsch und kocht bei Bedarf für einen! Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit!"

It needs a bit of work to give visual appeal outside as is in fact one accomodation unit only but comfortable inside. Also beware if you take meal option (recommend) then beware it will be prepared in the kitchen of your accomodation.
