"Die Zimmer im 2. Stock sind in die Jahre gekommen. Aufgrund der vielen Holzknostruktion und den Fenstern zu den Dachziegeln heizen sich die Zimmer ab 11 Uhr vormittags sehr auf, wenn es draußen warm wird."

"If you want to stay in this area then this is a great choice. A very short walk from Plaza Foch, but located on a quiet, leafy street. Lots of restaurants and bars close by. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable and the owner, Darwin, and his wife, Carlota, were really helpful in sorting me a Claro SIM for my mobile and in general. Great place!"

"You should definitely consider staying at this hotel when in Quito. It's centrally located on perhaps the most charming street in the city, lined with old plane trees. The atmosphere is charming, artsy, and peaceful, almost like a homestay. The patio is fantastic, adorned with numerous potted plants. The rooms are cozy and spotlessly clean. The staff is absolutely fantastic, always ready to help. Plus, they serve a nice breakfast! Highly recommended!!"
