"Lacked some essential in the kitchen but they gave me salt and sugar when I asked for it. Also a heater because the room can get cold. And there were some issues with the hot water at some point."
"The place was really clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing! They let us leave our bags in storage when we went to the Amazon. Twice we had to wait in Quito for night buses. They let us wait in the hotel after checkout which made our stay so much more comfortable. Would highly recommend this place!"

"No me gustó la cama ya que eran creo 2 sommier unidos pero el uno era más elevado que el otro y estábamos en pareja, entonces he ahí la incomodidad al momento de dormir y también la tv tenía unas manchas en la pantalla que me imagino es por la antigüedad"

"Die Zimmer sind sehr schön gestaltet. Betten, Handtücher und Bad von guter Qualität. Das Frühstück ist reichlich und gut. Die gesamte Anlage ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Obstbäume, Sträucher und Kräuterbete sind gepflegt. Im Pool hat man eine fantastische Aussicht in die Berge. Hängematten an schönen Plätzen sind ausreichend vorhanden."
