Nach der Bitumen mußten wir ungefähr 500m in einer nicht bitumierte Straße. Leider sind nicht alle Straßen in Yaoundé mit Bitumen

Missed an on-site restaurant and had to drive almost six kms away for decent breakfast. The Wifi could be better. The approach road is accessible only by a off roader 4x4.

Disadvantages i============ • No breakfast • No AC but it wasn't an issue since we came on Sep • Stairs and no elevator but only 1 floor • Diminished lighting in room * No light in the parking entrance is very dark at night

"Wifi was excellent, good location, good price, quiet place, the double bed was comfortable enough, there was always hot water."

The single bed was not comfortable (on one side I was feeling that I was sinking). The A/C wasn't working because the remote control was missing. I contacted the host, he said that he will take care of it, but he did not. To be honest, it wasn't so hot and for most days I did not need the A/C. However, for the last few days of my stay I could really use the A/C, especially at night. The shared fridge could be cleaner. The bathroom did not have a window, it only had a kind of fan on the ceiling which did not work particularly well. As a result, some unpleasant odors persisted and the waters caused by showering could not evaporate very quickly.

"Eine sehr gute Lage mitten im touristischen Zentrum der Stadt. Alles sauber, sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter."

Unterkunft war schwer zu finden. Unbedingt den Vermieter anrufen.

"Die Eigentümer waren super lieb und hilfsbereit und ich habe mich auch als alleine Reisende sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war in einem tadellosen Zustand und hatte alles, was man braucht. Der Strand ist zwar nicht in direkter Lauf-Nähe, aber dafür ein sehr süßes Café und ein paar Restaurants sowie ein 7Eleven, man ist also in jedem Fall versorgt."
