"Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock (4th floor), ohne Aufzug und mit etwas schiefen Treppenstufen, man muss also halbwegs fit sein. Parken ca. 150 m vom Haus entfernt auf öffentlichen Parkplätzen war problemlos."

"We spent 2 nights in this apartment and overall we liked our stay. The apartment is a bit pricier than other similar apartments in Narva but for some good reasons. It's close to the railway and main bus routes, also main tourist attractions, looks like new and has almost everything you need. There's living room connected to kitchen area with divan and a sofa and bedroom that has 3 beds, one double and one single. Kitchen has everything you'll need, even coffee and cooking oil. There's plenty of air and light and although next house is close the view is hidden behind the trees. Closest shop is Mini Rimi at Kerese Keskus, Rakvere Linnus is 15 min walk and river promenade 5 min walk."

"Be prepared to climb the stairs to the 4th floor. The building has no lift. As one of our family members is allergic to stronger washing liquids and laundry softeners he couldn't sleep in the bedroom. We aired out the rooms for hours but that wasn't enough. We had a bad surprise with drainage system in the bathroom. During showering it's better to stop the water for a while as the shower area is small and water overflows it ... and the floor drainage isn't good enough."

Vannitoa põrand oli libe, sest vanni ees ei olnud klaasseina ega vannikardinat, et põrand märjaks ei saaks. Kahjuks ei olnud võimalik ettevõttele arvet saada majutusteenuse kasutamise eest."
