"The host was very friendly and made tons of arrangements for us. He picked us up from the train station, drove us to the grand canyon, and also drove us to the caves. He made a delicious Chinese breakfast that was included and we also paid extra to eat dinner there as well. The hotel is nice and quiet and pretty close to the Grand Canyon - though you will probably still need to drive there."

The room was a little cold in the winter.

"Es war ein hervorragendes Frühstück, das Abendessen war einfach gigantisch und sehr individuell! Es wurde auf jeden eingegangen und war richtig lecker! Wir bekamen ein Lunchpaket für unsere Bergtour was richtig toll und liebevoll gepackt wurde! Sehr sehr zu empfehlen! Und wir kommen gerne wieder"

Fahrräder können sicher untergebracht werden. Die Unterkunft liegt im Grünen und hat einen großen Garten. Das Zimmer war sauber, groß und liebevoll eingerichtet. Internet hat sehr gut funktioniert. Von der Straße aus war die Abzweigung zur Unterkunft ausgeschildert ."

"Einfach fantastisch, mit Kindern die beste Unterkunft in ganz Südafrika die wir hatten! Hot Tub, Pferde reiten, Esel und Pferde füttern, eigener Bushwalk zum Wasserfall mit Affen auf dem Weg, Fahrradverleih, Kayak fahren, Swimmingpool und 2 Spielplätze. Was will man mehr. Zudem zentral und in 15 Minuten am Strand. Die Unterkunft ein Traum! Bequeme Betten und Blick in den Urwald einfach toll!"

"At Finca Agroecológica El Rosal, I was treated as a special member of the family! Lily, Hermania and Ramiro warmly welcomed my friend and I, then arranged a set of tours to fill the afternoon and the next morning. We toured their 100% organic farm, learned about all the natural products they produce, met the animals and gawked at the beautiful vistas. After an amazing lunch, we helped harvest coffee cherries, then ground and roasted them for a delicious cup of Cafe Intag. For the evening, we harvested yuca, and made "pan de yuca" over the wood fire before settling into another delicious meal. In the morning we got to see where the women of the community harvest aloe vera and process it into natural cosmetics. The whole weekend was a lesson in biodynamic agriculture and generosity from a wonderful family living remotely in the beautiful Intag Valley! Don't hesitate to visit this Finca!"

"Beautiful house set in the middle of nature. We booked a larger room to have some more space and it was very big with a huge terrace which we loved. The farm itself was full of different fruit trees and plants and Santhosh was kind to show us around and explain what was what. He also organised a tuktuk tour in the forest for half a day which we really enjoyed. He let us know about a local festival happening in a town nearby and even drove us back after. Breakfast was great, and so was dinner which we asked for on the last evening. We booked this place to experience the peace and nature in Kerala and this is exactly what we got, would 100% reccommend!"

The shower in our bathroom didn't have hot water connected, so in order to use the hot water, we needed to use a bucket and a jug to shower. Pillow cases were not very soft.

"Idyllisches Häuschen, es war sehr schön eingerichtet. Wunderschöner Außenbereich zum spielen und entspannen. Wir haben unsere drei Tage sehr genossen, auch wenn es mit der Verständigung etwas schwierig war...(google übersetzt leider etwas abenteuerlich) Der Besitzer war sehr geduldig und freundlich und hat uns Tipps für Ausflüge und Restsurants gegeben. Es gibt nette Nachbarn und kleine Katzen auf dem Grundstück (nicht im Haus) Die Schlafzimmer haben Mückenschutznetze."

Es gibt ein wunderschönes Dreibettzimmer mit Ausblick und Balkon, die anderen beiden Zimmer haben keinen Ausblick, bzw.ein kleines Fenster. Das sollte man wissen.
