"Bedding stained even though you could tell it had been washed so not dirty (marked). Pillows could do with an update very flat not comfortable, quilt could do with been a little bigger when we were both in bed it only just managed to cover us both not much room for manoeuvring. Thin walls could hear other guests alot through night spoiled our sleep."

"Handy location for what we needed - just a short walk to Coral Island, Tower, Prom and town centre. Staff are absolutely lovely and absolutely make the hotel what it is. Ever so friendly and have really made my 5 year old daughter feel comfortable and welcome. Only had a short break here during school holidays but would definitely return."

"The facilities are too old. We stayed in the room with a bunk bed, the wood floors are wobbly 🫣. The door handle from the reception to the room are broken 😞. Towels are old, it s very hard and need to change! They need to invest to fix that asap!"

"Location was great - we were competing at the winter gardens and with on site parking it was ideal, less then 10 mins walk from the winter gardens and the parking was cheaper then most car parks in the area. Room was great, very glad we upgraded to a bigger room as a king size bed was much needed after a day of competing, room was comfortable, no issues with amenities either. Staff were incredible, and breakfast was great the next day."

"Room could have been cleaner, there was definitely dust and hair on the edges of the carpet and the building did smell like there had been a leak in the roof at some point, but for the price it was still excellent for us. No issues with bathroom cleanliness or the bedroom furniture at all."
