"Wir wurden sehr herzlich aufgenommen. Die Familie ist sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Wir wurden mit leckerem Essen (man kann vor Ort Frühstück, Mittag oder Abendessen wählen) und Kaffee verwöhnt. Das Haus hat mehrere Zimmer (sehr bequeme Betten) und von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick aufs Meer mit Sonnenuntergang. Man sitzt im Grünen und kann dem Trubel von Batumi etwas entfliehen (auch wenn man natürlich den Verkehr unterhalb an der Straße hört).Strand, Bus, Supermarkt alles zu Fuß 5min. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat uns überzeugt."

"Wenn man sich in Batumi wie in einer Familie fühlen möchte, gibt es keine bessere Adresse. Kulinarisches Verwöhnen zum kleinen Preis. Grünanlage ums Quartier wie in einem Botanischen Garten. Strand ganz in der Nähe. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!"

"We stayed here with our family for four nights and had a really enjoyable experience. The breakfasts and dinners were excellent, very tasty and offered at a good price. The hotel has a lovely terrace and a large private garden, which made our stay especially relaxing. The beach is just a short walk away, and we really enjoyed the easy access. The staff were wonderful — always kind and ready to help, making us feel truly welcome."

"The property has nice views of the Black Sea. The rooms are very clean. cosy and comfortable. The lady was kind enough to show me around the kitchen and even let me use some of the basic ingredients. She even helped me with the laundry and the dishes. She was incredibly sweet and hard-working!"

"We majorly relied on the kitchen since we were vegetarians and were travelling with the kids. We had one of the lunches outdoors since the weather was sunny. But for the next lunches and dinners, it was raining and we had no place to eat our meals. With great difficulty we managed to eat in our rooms. It would be good if an indoor dining place is open for dining during such times. Also there's so much space around the property that can look so much better with proper maintenance. Another thing we disliked was the fungus-infested bathroom mat. There shouldn't be a fabric mat inside the bathroom where it constantly gets wet from the shower. They should go with a plastic or coir mat outside the bath door. The cats in and around the property tore open the garbage bags and the garbage was lying around, just outside the kitchen door and was an unpleasant sight to watch."

"We stayed 2 nights in a room for 4 people downstairs. The room is nice and clean, it had the central heating, which was great as end of April it was 11C outside. The owner was nice, welcomed us and showed us the room. Next morning offered coffee. I was not aware but there is a possibility to order a dinner in advance, so this was our miss. There is a private gated parking for the car, and nice garden with several terraces with view. We could not enjoy them unfortunately due to cold and rainy weather. Overall very good experience, we had a great sleep and enjoyed Batumi region. Thank you very much!"

"The location is very good - less than 10 minutes walk to the beach, a bus stop with frequent connections to Batumi is even closer. The house has beautiful terraces with sea view. The staff is incredible, reading your every wish from your eyes and preparing delicious food for you if you ask."

"On rainy days the air in the room smells a bit musty. You share a terrace with the neighboring room and when there are guests in the neighboring room, you need to keep all your windows covered with curtains for privacy."
