Ausstattung sehr alt, teilweise kaputt. Aber nur zum übernachten war es ok!

"Ich hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Panorama Guest House. Besonders gefallen haben mir die ruhige Lage und die tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse. Mein Zimmer war groß, sauber und sehr komfortabel, das Badezimmer modern und praktisch. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und hilfsbereit, ich habe mich wirklich willkommen gefühlt. Auch das kostenfreie Parken und das gute WLAN waren ein Plus. Ich komme gerne wieder."

The location was a but challenging, nothing to eat close by or to have a walk, but the owner was driving us everywhere, they were so nice

"Die Lage in der Nähe vom Flughafen ist sehr gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und bietet auch den Transfer an. Villa-Komplex hat einen super schönen Obstgarten und mehrere Gebäude."

Leider keine richtige Parkmöglichkeiten, in dem Zimmer war einen komischen Geruch (evtl. von der Kanalisation?). Wasser ist eher kalt im Gemeinschaftsbad, ich habe lange gewartet, ist aber nicht wärmer geworden. Dusche war sehr klein, eher einen Duschkopf an der Wand seitlich von der Toilettenschüssel, ohne Vorhang oder Abtrennung, nicht besonders bequem, sehr platzsparend. Eine Nacht kann man überleben, Daueraufenthalt wäre für mich ohne richtiges Duschen nicht möglich.

"Located in a quiet, idyllic location near the town center, it felt like a little retreat every time we returned home. It’s a spacious house which keeps cool due to the tiling and multiple doors you can open. We didn’t need air con in September. We could close the gates so the dogs couldn’t get in, this allowed the kids to play outside. The three year old was so excited to have swings. After time in the outer islands we really needed to freshen up, so the showers and washing machine were helpful. There was good amounts of drying space, the kitchen was fully functional, and we were given our space to enjoy our holiday."

Tonga is super basic so expectations of any accomodation need to keep this in mind.

"We loved the courtyard where we had our breakfast which we put together from supplies from a nearby supermarket and the street fruit vendors. As shown on the wesite, the courtyard is a truly delightful spot, especially in a sunny morning, and important if you wish to eat or chat with your fellow travellers, as our rooms were too small for that. The staff were kind an helpful, and the daily room service and available linen service, ensured a clean room (and clean clothes). The location was close to where our conference was held and in a short walking distance the the lakeside, parliament house etc. Other city sights, the Plaza shopping mall, etc were usually an inexpensive taxi ride away."

The absence of wi-fi and difficulties getting an internet connection the courtyard and my room was a real inconvenience, only solved by purchasing a local sim and forgetting about my usual roaming arrangement for keeping in touch with family back home.

"Es war super, ich konnte ohne Probleme mein Gepäck zwischenlagern. Auch ein Einchecken deutlich früher war ohne Probleme und extrakosten möglich. Der Shuttle zum Flughafen hat super funktioniert. Sogar mein Gepäck wurde bis ins Hostel gebracht."

Nicht gefallen ist übertrieben.... aber ich glaube, ohne den Flughafenshuttle hätte ich das Hostel nicht gefunden.

"Wir hatten wunderbare Tage hier. Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt Die Appartmentanlage liegt verkehrsgünstig in der wunderschönen umbrischen Landschaft zwischen Olivenbäumen und Zypressen. Vor unserer Ferienwohnung gab es genug Sitzmöglichkeiten, um draußen zu sitzen und zu essen und den Ausblick auf Hügel, Dörfer und Kirchen zu genießen.Sich entspannen konnte man am wirklich schönen Pool, dolce far niente!"
