"A foglalás nem tartalmazott étkezést, de ezt előre tudtuk, mert az appartman rendkívül jól felszerelt volt, minden elképzelhető eszlözzel fel van szerelve a konyha, szuper volt ételeket készíteni. A vendéglátók egy üveg borral kedveskedtek, és még kis édességgel is elkényeztettek bennünket."

"Yes, it was a surprise to find that we had breakfast and some supplies so we didn't have to shop on the first day we arrived. also our flight from South Africa didn't arrive until quite late and our taxi was not waiting at the airport so it was very late at night before we got to Villa Mia. In spite of this our hosts were waiting to greet us on arrival, which was much appreciated."

Maybe the host could have dropped in at some time during our stay to see how we were going.

"Staff are polite Chalet huge for family, very comfortable. Full equipment required especially in kitchen. Feel like home kitchen. Gardern very nice,"

"Auf der Veranda sitzen. Die Nähe zum Strand und zum Night Market und zur Bushaltestelle, zum Mopedverleih und zum Nationalpark. Gute Ausgangsbasis für Unternehmungen. Die Anlage ist etwas abgenutzt, dafür aber ruhig und preisgünstig."

Ameisen im Zimmer, aber nur sehr sehr kleine.

"Будиночки розташовані в гарній локації з чудовим краєвидом. Є пледи для вечірніх посиденьок на терасі з диванчиками та кріслом-гойдалкою. Навколо все чистенько й доглянуто. Від будиночка веде стежка вгору пагорбом, звідки відкриваються захопливі краєвиди на гори. Усередині будинка є все необхідне для приготування їжі, а також решітка та шампури для мангала. Доречі, навіть можна замовити доставку їжі з ресторанчиків поблизу. Стосовно обігріву приміщення: є і обігрівачі і камін. Господарі не турбують, але завжди на зв'язку. Окремо в нашому серденьку залишився справжній господар території - німецька вівчарка Харді, пес водив нас місцевими стежками наче екскурсовод, супроводжував усюди і навіть дуркував з нами із задоволенням. Рекомандую бронювати без вагань."

Given the setting we anticipated nature insects etc which by the way there were many! The baths were not in a good condition.

"Die Unterkünfte sind ganz neu und gut ausgestattet. Vom Appartment im ersten Stock hat man einen schönen Rundumblick auf Matmata. Alles ist schnell zu erreichen. Ein leckeres Frühstück wurde jeden Morgen ins Appartment gebracht. Der Besitzer war gerade vor Ort und hat sich sehr um unser Wohl bemüht. Eine defekte Toilettenstülung wurde sofort repariert. Es gibt noch weitere Personen, die man jederzeit kontaktieren kann, wenn man Fragen oder Wünsche hat. Wir haben uns als sehr willkommene Gäste gefühlt und würden jederzeit gern wieder dort unterkommen."

"Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist sehr schön, es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und die Aufteilung der Zimmer sind für große Familien und Gruppen die keinen Neubau erwarten, sehr gut geeignet. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen. Simona und Ton waren immer sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich."

Die Heizung und das warme Wasser werden wie viele Heizung in der Region durch eine Nachtspeicherheizung erwärmt. Hier wäre es schön wenn man einen Holzofen in den öffentlichen Räumen hätte, um noch schneller auf die gewünschte Temperatur zu kommen.

"Beautiful, high quality property which is very comfortable and well equipped. The location was convenient for an easy walk to the beach and to old town. The owner was welcoming and helpful."

"From the beginning you could realise that Allison thinks of many details and cares a lot. Getting the keys and entering the house was very easy (contactless). The garden, the furniture, the book with housing rules and travel tipps, the cleanliness -> everything planned very well and with great care. Very late checkout was offered. We enjoyed the stay a lot and would clearly recommend it."

It was not clear to us that the pool was shared between 3 houses, don´t know if we just missed it. But in reality it was no issue, it was always empty, when we wanted to use it. Checkout rules could also be mentioned in the book. Despite that, it was still by far the best stay of our holidays.

"Exceptional property has the river running through the front yard, with barbecue, hammock, swing and patio furniture. Two story house has the kitchen, bathroom and living room on the first floor, and the two bedrooms upstairs. Nice layout and fully equipped with everything you need. Manager was very friendly and helpful."

"Unser Häusschen war hübsch eingerichtet und gemütlich. Draussen windete es stark und wir verbrachten den ganzen Abend im warmen Häusschen. Es gab auch ein eigenes WLAN. Auf dem Hof leben zwei superliebe Hunde, die uns oft besuchten. Die Gastgeberin war freundlich und hilfsbereit."

Wir waren etwas zu früh bei den Ásbrandsstadir Cottages und warteten im Gemeinschaftshäusschen, welches etwas unangenehm roch und überfüllt war mit alten Dingen, daher war es eher eng, zusammen mit den anderen wartenden Gästen.

"La Cabaña de Huerta Mar es un ambiente acogedor que brinda calidez y calma. Los anfitriones son personas muy amables y atentas a cualquier necesidad. Cuentan con una huerta adorable y unos acompañantes de cuatro patas cariñosos. Los techos elevados de la casa hacen que se mantenga el ambiente lo suficientemente fresco a comparación de la sensación térmica que se percibe al exterior. Considero que es un ambiente excepcional para quienes buscan un refugio hogareño y calmado. Linda experiencia :)"

"Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist hervorragend. Auch die Anbindung um zu den verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu gelangen ist perfekt."

Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

"La atención fue de calidez, estuvo siempre atento y facilitándonos la estadía. Es un lugar muy tranquilo y cómodo, hay todo a la disposición del visitante. La estancia es únicamente para uso del.visitante, no es compartida, lo que brinda mayor comodidad y tranquilidad."

Podría decir que el olor en un inicio es bastante húmedo, pero ya después se acostumbra y pasa un poco desapercibido.
