Two story house has the kitchen, bathroom and living room on the first floor, and the two bedrooms upstairs. Nice layout and fully equipped with everything you need. "The host was lovely. Arranged a time to meet and greet to show us around. Basic snacks and drinks were provided which was a nice touch. House was clean and well maintained. Towels and spare sheets provided. 2 bathrooms was great. Great washer and dryer (massive american style washer and dryer), fully kitted out kitchen and convenient parking outside property in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Property exactly as advertised. Very nice facilities. 7 minutes drive to Sheraton shopping mall though there is a 'popular' supermarket which is walking distance or 2 minutes drive. Its about 15 minutes to bridgetown or oistins which is very central and banks are close by. Host arranged a housekeeper half way through holiday at no extra charge and we even had resident monkeys greeting us every morning. Only teeny tiny thing was the middle (1of 3) bedroom had a ceiling fan rather than ac and it was hot but that was minor really."

It would be good if there could be an established recycling collection/point locally.

Die Heizung und das warme Wasser werden wie viele Heizung in der Region durch eine Nachtspeicherheizung erwärmt. Hier wäre es schön wenn man einen Holzofen in den öffentlichen Räumen hätte, um noch schneller auf die gewünschte Temperatur zu kommen.

"The host Greg answered all of our questions and was always available for help! The bedrooms are fair sized and all with bathrooms which is fantastic. The house has many great amenities."

Communal seating arrangements could be better / cosier, as well as outside space would be amazing with a terrace! Sauna had limited hours that we can't control, but is what is!

"Everything about the space was great, the location is very quiet and next to the ocean. The private dock was an absolute treat. The house was clean and well thought out. Lots of detail was put into the property and we really enjoyed it."

The ants were a problem, but that just happens in Bermuda anyway. We sprayed some bug spray and they died down. The wind was sometimes a problem and some of the outside furniture was not secured. But im assuming this got fixed fairly quickly.
