"Es ist perfekt gelegen, mitten im Zentrum. Man findet alles zu Fuss. Die Gastfamilie herzlich und warm. Tolles Ambiente. Danke dafür 😊 Es ist sehr sauber und es wird darauf geachtet. Die Zimmer im Obergeschoss sind perfekt."

Die Zimmer im Untergeschoss. Sie sind extrem feucht und unangenehm.

"Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis in einem unglaublich prachtvollem Haus aus dem 18. Jh. architektonischen ein Schmuckstück. Allerdings auch der generellen Zustand aus der Zeit, nie renoviert, entsprechend unkomfortabel, Bad, WC siehe Fotos, Zimmertür nicht versperrbar., nicht sehr hygienisch. Handtuch und Leintuch als Deckenüberzug bekam ich auf Anfrage. Für Abenteuerlustige, die das nicht stört ein Traum, für Menschen, die ein bequemes Hotel bevorzugen nicht geeignet. Freundlicher Besitzer, konnte Motorrad im Foyer abstellen. Lage super in der Medina. Beste Zimmerwahl ist Zweibettzimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbad, sehr schön und besserer Zustand als die anderen."

"Great property in a very quiet location, though still close to the restaurants. Francis has taken personal care of us. House is lovely, clean, kitchen is well equiped. We took tour with Francis as well, both were wonderfull. You can spend your time at the beach and will be there alone most of the time, since the property is small (pls note that swimming is not recommend, as pretty much everywhere on this island). We have very much enjoyed our vacation there."

Ich persönlich bin kein Freund von Gemeinschaftsbad und -küche (war aber unmissverständlich so deklariert ;-) ).

"Lage direkt in Göreme ein richtiges Cave Hotel. Durch die Zimmer direkt in eine Höhle, war es sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterasse ist sehr gut mit viel Auswahl. Am Morgen kann man auf der Dachterasse die Heißluftballone beim Starten beobachten"

Leider hat ein echtes Cave Zimmer kein Fenster. Dadurch natürlich sehr ruhig, aber es war auch teilweise unangenehm warm. Außerdem fehlte ein Regal oder eine Stellage, wo man seine Kleidung etc. unterbringen könnte

"Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, ein wahnsinnig freundlicher Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit und hat mir sehr gute Informationen gegeben und mir bei der Abreise geholfen. So musste ich kein teures Taxi nehmen. Vielen Dank dafür. Ganz sicher das schönste Haus in der sehr abgelegenen Gegend, überhaupt nicht touristisch."

Die Strassen befinden sich im Wiederaufbau und sind in einem furchtbaren Zustand, so muss man viel mehr Zeit einplanen. Weil es nur langsam und in Schlangenlinien zu befahren ist.

"Valdas und Irina sind die nettesten Menschen die wir in Lettland bisher getroffen haben. Wir waren nur zufällig auf Durchreise vor Ort. Es lohnt sich etwas mehr Zeit mitzubringen. Ein Ort in der Natur um sich zu erholen und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Die Mahlzeiten waren hervorragend. Eine sehr schöne Begegnung. Dankeschön"

"Felex, Asinja and the kids were so welcoming! They cook delicious food with local produce. Felex is always up for a chat and coordinating a wonderful community project in the village. It’s a simple room but basic amenities, but a truly unique experience."

"Schöne klare grosse Zimmer und Badezimmer, gute leise Klimaanlage, gutes Kingsize Bett. Sehr freundlicher Empfang ( Roshan hat uns extra beim Tabakladen abgeholt, da unser Taxi den Weg nicht kannte). Gemütliche ruhige Anlage. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit exotischen Früchteteller und gutes Abendessen ( inklusive Weihnachtsmenü). Weg zum sehr schönen Sandstrand 15 Minuten zu Fuss. Familiäre Anlage, perfekt für das Ankommen in Mauritius und friedliches Weihnachtsfest."

Der er ikke noget dårligt at sige om dette sted, det skulle da lige være at der er dårlig internet dækning.

Die Salzwasserduschen. Ein Wasserkocher (z.B. im Gemeinschaftsraum) wäre gut gewesen.

"Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich. Nette Küche um einfache Gerichte vorzubereiten, Supermarkt und ATM in der Nähe sowie Bus nach anderen Zielen am See. Die Nächte waren ruhig und wir konnten gut schlafen. Danke!"

"My stay in Lijiang on Artistic-Suite was perfect Even before arriving to Lijiang Julia reached out to me to give me instructions around the pick-up and to give tips around my stay During the stay the stuff made everything possible to make me feel like home - giving me constant advice, tips, where to eat, where to visit and helping me contact the tour guides I booked. They also were extremely kind and friendly with me Last but not least, the hotel is in a perfect location and is clean, beautiful and with lot of space Breakfast was great and the room was clean and big Would love to return"

Nothing to be honest, everything was amazing!

"Paea hat uns herzlich bei sich aufgenommen. Das Zimmer ist in der Nähe vom Nuku Alofa Stadtzentrum und in der Nähe zum Hafen, perfekt für Whale Watching/Swimming! Dazu bietet Paea Inseltouren an und kann viele Tipps geben. Wir waren mit ihr bei einem traditionellen Dinner und wurden von ihr in den traditionellen Hochzeitsgewändern eingekleidet. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Sehr gutes WLAN!"

Ab und zu laut in der Nacht wegen der Streuner. Das ist aber eher der Insel geschuldet.

Conveniently located walking distance from the port, but still in quiet and private location. We felt straight at home. The hosts gave us great tips for the island and even booked our St Valentine restaurant for us."

"Das Bett war breit (hatten wir auch extra so gebucht) und super bequem, das Beste, das wir auf unserer gesamten Gambia-Reise hatten. Die Dusche war heiß und mit gutem Wasserdruck. Die Unterkunft war sauber. Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsküche mit einer kleinen Geschirrausstattung und einen Gemeinschafts Wohnraum. In der Umgebung gibt es in Laufweite Restaurants, oder wer sich gerne auf einheimische Art verpflegen möchte, auch Streetfood - preiswert und lecker. Die Lage ist optimal, um Abuko zu erkunden und um nach dem Flughafen schnell anzukommen. Wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Nur noch ein kleiner Hinweis: alle Bewertungen bezüglich Sauberkeit und Komfort beziehen sich auf afrikanische Verhältnisse."

Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: einen Tisch und ein paar Stühle, dass man auch mal draußen sitzen kann:)

I did not like that there were no mats on the bedroom floor or kitchen. No dish soap, no hands soap, no paper towel or even a kitchen towel. I been to one air BNB and two hotels and only blue star provided nothing for their guests. I was shocked but it is what it is. I learnt so I know now what to expect should I book it against. All in all it was a great stay and a beautiful place.

"A true homestay with warm hospitality and amazing facilities at the 7th floor. Located close to a MRT station, restaurants, shops and several green recreational areas."

For me, having visited the Singapore tourism highlights on a previous visit, it was not an issue at all, but good to be aware that those highlights take a bit of time to get to. Also good to be aware you are welcomed into an actual home while the owners are living there. It's part of the charm.

"It was a great location and easy to get in and out of. The lockbox was simple and it was nice to not have to deal with a front desk or coordinating to check in and out. The place was clean and there was ample space"

We had a couple dead cockroaches in the place that wasn't our favorite. We also had a line of fire ants on the wall in the master bedroom. There were also a lot of cockroaches outside of the apartment and one ended up getting into our vehicle which the kids didn't like

"If you are more a visitor then a tourist, if you like exploring and going further when comfortable tourism ends, this place is for you. The authenticity, genuine friendliness and welcoming hearts of the people of the community made this stay incredibly unique and one of the best experiences of my life. When staying here one can get closer to locals, animals, cultural sights, traditions, local way of life, nature and the PNG culture in general then in any other accommodation. The PNGFE made my stay very comfortable and made me experience local life and the raw nature of PNG!!"

"Die Unterkunft war für einen Kurztrip mit 4 Personen perfekt. Alles sauber und sehr netter Gastgeber."

Leider ist die Unterkunft nicht komplett zentral und die Bettwäsche hat etwas komisch gerochen. Ansonsten war aber alles super!
