"Abseits vom ganzen Vibe und doch sehr zentral. Küche wesentlich günstiger als draußen. Schöne Dachterrasse und Hängematten. Man kann mit Kreditkarte bezahlen ohne extra Gebühren, aber sie versuchen dich zur Bargeld Zahlung zu überreden"

Einzelzimmer war schon recht spartanisch. Kein Tisch/ Stuhl. Duschkopf nicht vorhanden, trotzdem angenehmer Strahl bei den Temperaturen

"Insgesamt gut! Der Schlafsaal hätte eine Reinigung während meines Aufenthaltes gebraucht. Alles andere war sehr sauber! Einige rücksichtlose Damen im Dorm. Mein Bett quietschte sehr stark."

"MyFarm is not just a place to sleep. It is a vibrant place full of life. You wake up from the sound of beautiful birds in the morning, you can join the MyFarm team for breakfast and talk about their daily life here. All the staff is super nice and accommodating. It's amazing to be inside such a wonderful place that gives out free education to the people who live around here. I ended up helping out in the different educational programs and I loved every moment of it. I thought I just went for a cheap place to stay that was also social, but I got so much more. I will definitely come back as a volunteer to the project."

"Der Empfang war sehr nett. Das Zimmer ist gross und auch das Badezimmer. Beides war absolut sauber ! Im Zimmer gab es alles, was man benötigt, Geschirr Wasserkocher, Herdplatte etc. Sogar Pfeffer und Salz war vorhanden. Die Lage ist absolut super zum Shoppen, Essen oder zim Sightseeing. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es ruhig und ich habe super geschlafen."

"Ein ehemaliges Internat wurde zum Hostel umgenutzt, diese Idee finde ich prima! Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich. Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr lecker und vielseitig besser als in manchen Hotels in denen wir in Island waren Am Abend konnten wir ohne viele andere Touristen den nahegelegenen Wasserfall zu Fuß besuchen"

Es gab fußläufig leider nur ein überteuerten, schlechtes Restaurant. Am Hostel selbst gab es nichts auszusetzen.

Das Buchungssystem für das Frühstück via App ist unnötig, und das Viertel in dem das Hostel liegt ist nicht gerade schön, aber zumindest zentral gelegen. Die Mitarbeiter:innen konnten mir weder Tipps für Restaurants noch Sehenswürdigkeiten geben.

"The location sits on main public transit options; Bus stop, METRO station, and one street away a main connecting street offering additional public bus stops & connections. A short walk uphill lands you at a central interception from which all directions of pedestrian pathways are possible to explore the city and sights."

Food shops & markets in the district are regionally expensive. The area for basic cold food storage and microwave reheating of food needs a serious update. For the number of guests the refrigerator is way to small. The small microwave does not fit common delivery food packages, or a standard dinner plate for reheating.

"Einfach perfekt. Alle geben sich soviel Mühe das einem jeder wunsch erfüllt wird. Der Pool ist sowieso ein Highlight. Es ist super sauber und eins der besten Hostels in dem ich je war.. und ich war in sehr vielen Hostels ;)"

"The location is a bit remote from the city of Lugano, but the views are wonderful and it's surrounded by nature. The house itself is very cozy, welcoming and well maintained."

Wifi was very poor both in the living room and the private bedroom. I struggled connecting for work. I can't say that this was good value for money considering how far it was from Lugano city centre and all other activity spots. I didn't have breakfast, because it was another 20 francs on top of everything else and that wasn't really ideal for someone travelling on a budget.

Eher ausserhalb der Stadt, aber für Start/Ziel des Loops bzw. mit Rollern kein Problem.

"Great location although currently some construction happening across the road. The double bed attic rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The common areas and pool are also great to use 24 hours."
