"Staff were ,courteous rates were very costly. I had to shell out 20000 just for one room and for one night.. Food was not included in the room tariff. Room was ordinary and not worth that price Staffalso require some more training as house keeping dept particularly requires lot of training. There was no prompt serviceand had to repeatedly call the house keeping to get things such as soaps, dentalkits ,towels bedsheets pillows etc"

"Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Personal ist sehr sympathisch und professionell. Das gesamte Hotel war sehr sauber, tägliche Zimmerreinigung mit neuen Handtüchern und Pflegeprodukten. Es fanden viele Feiern statt, alles war sehr schön dekoriert. Im 5. Stock konnten wir dennoch gut schlafen. Das Restaurant bietet einen tollen Blick auf die Stadt, Essen und Cocktails waren lecker."
