"From the moment we arrived, the reception staff was very friendly and welcomed us with complimentary herbal infusions available in the lobby. Upon entering the room, we found it very comfortable and well-equipped, with a heater, hairdryer, and very cozy beds. The breakfast offered by the hotel was varied and absolutely delicious. Without a doubt, I highly recommend this hotel, as it is conveniently located very close to both the airport and the city’s historic center."

"Zimmer war komfortabel, Badezimmer sehr groß und warme Dusche. Hotel Angestellte extrem hilfsbereit und nett. Frühstück gab's selbst zu extrem frühen Zeiten, Gepäck Aufbewahrung ebenso hilfreich. Tolle Unterkunft!!!! 👍"

"The staff are so kind and accomodating, very friendly and warm people! I have a gluten allergy, so the staff helped cater to my needs for breakfast. The location was excellent, right in the heart of Cusco (however it can be noisy if you’re a very light sleeper)."

"I had issues with my shower which was disappointing, however after speaking to the staff, they happily changed my room at no extra cost. Muchas gracias!"
