"I stayed at Les Artes for one night it was okay for a short stay. The room was quite small, but the location is great, close to some nice restaurants and a bakery. Perfect if you just need a place to sleep and want to explore the neighborhood."

"Very convenient location just 10min of walking from Rome Termini station, so convenient for early flights. There are places to eat which work very late. There’s a coffee machine in the common space. The host is very caring and responsive. Compared how I got frozen in Spoleto, here was quite warm in the apartment. The hotel is an apartment where each room is for different guests, with own little shower and a toilet. Second floor, so if you have heavy suitcases, think of it."

"Location is very good, easy access to everywhere. The neighbourhood's security is acceptable, The contact person is available. We couldn't get into the appartment one evening and she picked up the phone immediately and helped us."
"It is not a problem, I am just writing it down because it was not clear to us before: this is an appartment in a condo, and the accomodation is one of the room of this appartment, with other 3 accomodations. I think this offers extra sense of security, but it could be a little noisy. More cleaning and painting would be needed."

"Das Hotel ist wirklich schön. Die Zimmer haben eine absolut ansprechende Ausstattung, mit sehr bequemen Betten. Es ist alles auch tiptop sauber. In dem sehr gepflegten kleinen Garten oder der netten Bar kann man abends noch wunderbar und entspannt ein Getränk genießen. Das Personal ist auch sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Absolute Empfehlung!"

"Das Frühstück war in einer nahe gelegenen Bar einzunehmen gegen Gutschein. Das Zimmer war genügend groß und hatte einen Balkon, wenn auch mit Aussicht direkt auf ungepflegte Handwerksbetriebe und die Mülleimer unten drunter. Die gesamte Umgebung verratzt wie in Bulgarien. Das nächste Mal lieber Südtirol....."

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."

I dolci sono preparati dallo cheff e abbiamo anche assaggiato il suo panettone artigianale. La stanza era calda ed accogliente. Infine abbiamo potuto soggiornare tranquillamente con la nostra cagnolina."

"Nettes Hotel am Rand von Villasimus. Die Zimmer verfügen über Kühlschrank, Fernseher, Föhn und WLAN. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Bungalow-ähnliche Anordnung in einer Reihe mit jeweils kleinen Terrassen mit Sitz- und Wäschetrocknungsmöglichkeit vor den Zimmern, von denen man auch einen ganz netten Ausblick hatte. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb (circa 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto) von Villaisimius, daher sollte man mobil sein. Den Strand Punta Molentis kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Die Zufahrt erfolgt über einen Feldweg, dieser ist allerdings gut zu befahren. Wir haben ohne Frühstück gebucht, daher ist hierzu keine Bewertung möglich."
