"ein wahrliches Kleinod, sehr gepflegt und wirklicher Luxus. Außergewöhnliche Lage, Sport überall, ziemlich gute Sauna. insgesamt sehr gepflegt, hat bestimmt einige Jahre auf dem Buckel. Mir hat das total gut gefallen. War mit einer sehr lieben Frau dort."

"es war halt laut mit den Kindern und auch beim Essen, aber das ist so... Kasachen lieben ihre Kinder. Es war eine Empfehlung, und es war richtig dort auch den langen Anfahrtsweg von Astana in Kauf zu nehmen 50 € eine Tour. geschenkt!! Alle beruhigt hinfahren.."

"Die Speisekarte in der Hotelküche und Spa stimmt nicht mit den Speisen überein. Es waren oft andere Zutaten als auf der Karte ausgeschrieben oder die Karte war veraltet, selbst die großen Plakate."

"Der Ort ist wunderschön. Sehr gutes Essen in den Restaurants und eine große Auswahl beim Frühstück. Spa Bereich mit Pool, Sauna- und Ruheraume ist einladend und der FitnessRaum ist mit Handtüchern und Wasser ausgestattet. Pediküre, Rücken- & Haarbehandlung wurden professionell durchgeführt. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Tennisplätze außen sowie innen sind gepflegt, es gibt noch einen Fußballplatz und Kletterpark. Es stehen auch weitere sportliche Aktivitäten zu Verfügung ZB auf dem Wasser. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Der Manager war immer zu sehen und hat einen stets begrüßt."

"I booked for 2 adults and 2 children for 2 days to have winter fun with family. When i arrived, I brought also an infant, (plans unexpectedly changed, and could not leave my 1,9 y.o infant with grandparents) and was asked to move to bigger room due to safety issues. Its ok, i fully agree - safety first. I additionally paid 200 usd. But when i came to the room, i found only 1 bed and 1 sofa. I contacted administration asking where children should sleep, since they sell for room whole family, and they proposed to pay additional fee for extra bed. The question is if you sell for a number of people, you should provide for this cost number of sleeping places, but not a room. No logic at all."

"Very comfortable room with great breakfast buffet and nice outdoor seating overlooking grounds. A few good restaurants on site. Really great location with hotel's own quiet breaches for swimming and relaxing on the lake, plus paddle boards and boats, plus good indoor swimming pool. The location with its own lakeshore was very nice and relaxing on the lake!"

"Pretty big territory, inside and outside, with a few restaurants and a bar. The hotel itself looks great with big open spaces and luxurious decorations and the outside hosts a lot of additional attractions like a jumping trampoline, tennis courts, mini-golf (only one lane), spa compexes and a pier with catamarans, kayaks and jet skis. There are hiking routes and bicycle lanes running around all the Borovoe."

"We were thinking about visiting the Casino but the staff seemed pretty unfriendly. You expect the attitude like "welcome, dear guests, let me show you what we have to offer", not "who are you and what are you doing here?". The entertainment program had some cuts as a reason of unexpectedly bad weather during out stay and, therefore, fewer guests than usual. Totally understandable."

Special thanks to Maral or Marzhan (I don't exactly remember her name) at reception desk and Jesper, general manager of the hotel, for his help and recommendations during our stay. We had a great time during our stay."
