"Ich war mittlerweile das 3 mal im brajas.Ab und an war der Strom und das Wasser nicht verfügbar, aber das Problem hat fast jedes preiswerte Hotels in Tana.Fruehstueck war gut,man bekommt was man bestellt.personal ist freundlich, Reinigungsservice täglich.preis-leistung(18€)super für Tana.Sichere Gegend!!!"

"Das Hotel Brajas hat nicht nur ein freundliches Personal, sondern auch einen schöner Blick auf die Stadt. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und in Ordnung. Bei meinem zehntägigen Aufenthalt fiel ab und an der Strom aus und/oder das Wasser war weg. Das hat aber nicht das Hotel zu vertreten."

"Das Frühstück ist etwas verbesserungswürdig und hat Luft nach oben. Es bestand aus Kaffee oder Tee, einem Baguette mit Butter und Marmelade. Omelett gab es auch ab und an. Aber das Frühstück ist nicht wichtig; in der Stadt kann man an jeder Straßenecke essen."

"I've stayed at Brajas a few times when visiting Madagascar, I particularly like the decor & location. To add to that, this time the staff were exceptionally helpful - I needed to leave some luggage which I did and picked up on return to Tana, and they helped me to secure taxis and were attentive to other requests. There are kettles, fridges and utensils in the room & great lighting. Would stay again!"

"The wifi is hard to connect to, I knew this before staying so would recommend you using local restaurants/cafes if you need to connect and get information quickly. I stayed in two different rooms, a larger more expensive room which has a fantastic view of the city and a large bath - however - the one issue was that there was not a curtain/door so you need to take care when putting on the tape so it doesn't splash over the large bath. A very minor issue though, as all in all - was great. The floorboards in rooms above can also be a little squeky."

At night you better take a taxi, around MGA 10'000) - friendly english speaking receptionist - breakfast included (coffee or tea, white bread, butter, jam, eggs, yoghurt and banana on request) - my room was at the backside of the buidling was very quiet. Front side you have a nice view from the 3rd floor but also the noise from the street - bahtroom with a showerdoor - seems to be no problem to bring a guest over night - free storage room"
