"The value for money is excellent. I was travelling solo, so the room was spacious for me. Perfect location, although the island is not too big and ways are short anyway. Always friendly and helpful staff/owner when I needed anything. I could always reach them over WhatsApp and response was instantly."

"I did not spend a lot of my time in the room. However, when I was in, I wished I had a window with daylight. Not a big deal though. What I missed was a place to go for breakfast. As I was diving, I left the island before/at 8am and not many restaurants were open before (if at all). I then grabbed a bite in the shops in the streets"

"Der Aufenthalt im Ruka Maldives war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Die Lage ist tiptop, alles ist gut erreichbar und die Umgebung lädt zum Entspannen ein. Besonders positiv ist auch der Abholservice vom und zum Hafen, was die Anreise sehr unkompliziert macht. Zudem werden verschiedene Ausflüge und Aktivitäten angeboten, was den Aufenthalt abwechslungsreich gestaltet. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gepflegt, die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut, was bei den Temperaturen sehr wichtig ist. Beim Frühstück gibt es noch Verbesserungspotenzial, da die Auswahl aktuell nicht sehr abwechslungsreich ist. Allerdings ist positiv hervorzuheben, dass das Team offen für Feedback ist und sich bemüht, das Angebot zu verbessern. Preislich ist die Unterkunft etwas teurer als vergleichbare Anbieter auf der Insel."

"Alles war einfach hervorragend. Das gesamte Personal war äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. "The incredible snorkel beach is right in front of the hotel, just 5 steps from the exit. And the equally beautiful bikini beach is just a 1 minute walk away. Madi came to Dharavandhoo airport to bring us to Maalhos by boat - a perfect arrival! The first evening we had dinner in the restaurant related to the hotel just a 2 minute walk from the hotel. As it was wonderful we booked dinner with Madi for the rest of our stay - delicious: grilled fish and different curries were our favorites! But the most unique experience was our excursion to Hanifaru bay to see the Mantas - amazing!!! They swim below and towards you... often not more than just half and arm distance away from you!!! Wow!!! Maalhos is just a 15 minute trip away from there. It was an amazing experience, with this unique nature and all the friendly island people."

"Es ist super dort, wenn man gerade ankommt oder die Abreise am nächsten Tag früh ist, da es sehr gut gelegen ist. Die Fähre zum Flughafen ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch die anderen Fährterminals sind nicht weit. Nette Mitarbeiter."

"This was my fifth time visiting Thoddoo, and I can honestly say that Sunny Pavilion truly stands out among all the places I’ve stayed before. Even though my visit was brief, I felt incredibly welcomed from the moment I arrived. The host was genuinely kind and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. The room was spotless and very modern. Everything had been carefully prepared for my arrival, including fresh towels and clean sheets. The atmosphere of the place was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for winding down after a day on the island. I wish I could have stayed longer, and I’ll definitely come back next time I’m on the island :) Highly recommended the place!"
