"Wunderschöne, grosse Zimmer, sehr stilvoll und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer war ein kleines Paradies! Sehr freundliches Personal (abgesehen von Ana Pao, die an der Reception arbeitet). Sehr gepflegte Anlage mit vielen Tieren, denen man unterwegs begegnen kann (Waschbären, Alligatoren, Nasenbären etc.). Vor allem mit den Golf-Kart-Fahrern hatten wir viel Spass! Schöner Strandbereich mit grossem Pool. Das Frühstück war hervorragend."

"Beim Check-in fühlten wir uns an der Reception leider überhaupt nicht willkommen. Das Auftreten der Mitarbeiterin Ana Pao war auffallend unfreundlich und überheblich, was nicht dem Niveau eines 5-Sterne-Hauses entspricht. Die Reception war leider nicht in der Lage, einen Whats-App-Gruppenchat mit der ganzen Familie einzurichten, was die Kommunikation sehr erschwerte. Der Golf-Kart-Service war nicht immer zuverlässig. Das Essen in den Restaurants war leider nur mittelmässig, was sehr schade ist. Der Strandbereich ist zwar schön, aber der Sandstrand selbst wirkt sehr ungepflegt und Sandsäcke erschweren den Einstieg ins Meer."

"This amazing hotel is the picture perfect of Mayakoba! It's one of those hotel that you drive up to and say "Wow"! I'm so happy that l got to stay here!" Our villa 931 was with a direct view of the sea. The villa was large, nice and comfortable; we got a fantastic swim pool, private bed beach double shower, a good sized bathroom. The beach is not good, but I knew already. The food and the service room was amazing, the customer service was great and meticulous was very professional and always available to help us! A special mention goes to Miss Gaby and Regina! Butler specials! Thank you very much! This is a paradise place to stay and forget all your troubles."

"Pristine grounds with a secluded and luxurious feel. The property has its own mini ecosystem with wildlife, fresh water, and jungle. The staff were all impeccable and the food was delicious! The beach is clean and spacious and it was easy to get a beach chair each day. Special mentions to Edwin and Alin who were so friendly and helpful every day! When we forgot our sunscreen, Edwin helped us get it from our room."
