"Die Unterkunft war sehr gut gelegen. Nah zum Strand und sehr nah zur Hauptstraße, in der immer viel los war und trotz allem ruhig. Jessica, die front desk Dame, hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Sie hat uns sehr gute Tipps zum Essen gegeben und war stets hilfsbereit, immer nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns täglich mit ihr unterhalten. Wirklich eine tolle Mitarbeiterin!"

"Die aktuelle Baustellen, aber dafür haben wir einen sehr günstigen Preis für diese Lage gehabt. Die Baustelle wird von 8h bis ca. 17h betrieben, das hat uns nicht gestört. Es tobt dort halt das Leben, perfekt, wer das mag. Frühstück ist verbesserungswürdig und erst ab 9h zu bekommen. Wir haben dafür aber eine Kaffeemaschine für den ersten Kaffee auf das Zimmer bekommen."

"Sérgio from reception was outstanding. Room is quite comfortable and spacious. Location is perfect, just few steps from 5 Avenue. Swimming pool at night was delightful after an exhaustive and hot day. Loved the decoration."

"Great location with car park included. (It's essential if you are driving to playa del Carmen as almost all private car parks have an hourly rate) La quinta avenida is right in the corner, so it's a very cool location for dinner, party, drinks, etc. Bear in mind that if you are a light sleeper, you will definitely need earplugs because there is noise coming from the street due to the centre location. It's 15-20mins walk to the ferry port if you want to enjoy a day in Cozumel as we did. The beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is ok. Overall prices were very decent for the position if you booked in advance."
"Unfortunately, breakfast was very disappointing. We had a free genius breakfast, which included a small portion of fruit or lemonade, tea or coffee, and a toast slice with bread and butter. I am gluten-free, and I am used to carry my own bread around, but the waitress wasn't very accommodating for some extra butter and jam, very sad. Cleaning could be improved between guests as we found lots of dust and sticky floors"
