"Der Preis ist - bei allem Service - deutlich zu hoch. Und wenn er schon so hoch ist, dann sollten beim Frühstück nicht noch Positionen mit Extrakosten stehen. Aber das Schlimmste ist die grausame Straße zum Hotel (und zu allen anderen in Tulum): zu eng, zu voll, abends unbeleuchtet, viele Baustellen, mehr Schlaglöcher als Asphalt. NIE MEHR WIEDER!"

"Sehr herzlicher Empfang, nettes Personal, jeden Abend gabs eine Süßigkeit ins Zimmer, leckeres Frühstück. Sehr kleines und somit privates Hotel. Da wir bei der Abreise früh los mussten, bekamen wir ein nettes Frühstückspaket. Großzügige Zimmer"

"Der Preis für die Nacht war schon recht hoch, was man aber ja vorher wusste. Aber vor Ort waren die Preise für Essen und Getränke schon sehr hoch. Wie leider alles in TulumStrand. Leider keine Minibar/Kühlschrank. Die Angebotenen Touren waren preislich auch sehr überteuert."

"My entire stay at Encandtada from start to finish was abolsutrly exceptional. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful - they did everything to make my stay the best it could possible be. The inclusive breakfast was SO tasty, and the geenral menu was really varied (the ceviche and fish tacos were incredible). The beach felt perfectly secluded and relaxing and the access to the pool at Radhoo made it even better. I also enjoyed having an exclusive one-on-one yoga class on my veranda. It was honestly paradise and I would return in a heartbeat"

"The location is perfect, right on a beautiful, fine sand beach along the hotel/restaurant road in Tulum. The facilities are intimate and designed for private comfort. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The food is excellent at the hotel, and there are several wonderful restaurants within walking distance. The best part, however, is an attentive, friendly and caring staff—from the concierges to the servers to the bell workers. All were hugely accommodating and made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay."
