"Ein sehr gutes und seriöses Stadthotel direkt am Zocalo neben der Kathedrale. Zimmer 306: "im oberen Stockwerk mit Balkon und Blick auf den belebten Hauptplatz" bei der Reservierung gewünscht UND erhalten! Gracias! Betten, Matratzen und Badezimmer sehr gut. Sehr sauber mit regelmäßiger und sorgfältigen Reinigung, Freundliches Personal. Tourenbuchung neben der Rezeption, aber immer alles selbst gebucht."
"Das Internet ist eine Katastrophe: nicht nur im Zimmer (3. OG) sondern auch in der Lobby im EG. Begründung: die dicken Wände oder das Rathaus (Ayuntamiento) um die Ecke. Extrem gefährlich und nervig, weil nicht nur ein schwaches Signal, sondern auch Aussetzer und Unterbrechungen, die eine Flug- oder Hotelbuchung mit paralleler Verbindung zum eigenen Online-Banking wiederholt zum Abbruch führen lassen. Das WLAN (WiFi) ist nicht gesichert!!! Dies, obgleich 2 weitere WLAN-Adressen (z. B. ....-Clientes) gesichert sind, aber nicht genutzt werden, Die Rezeption bestätigt aber, dass die Leitung "gesichert ist", weil ja ein Passwort vergeben wird. Bei der Geschäftsleitung gibt es technischen Informations- und Nachholbedarf!!!"

"The location of this hotel is wonderful. Our balcony looked over the main square of old town Oaxaca. The square is lively and noisy at night but it did not bother us as the music stops by 10.30pm. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean and the hotel has a lovely ambience. Staff were helpful and there is parking available about a block away. The cafe in the hotel offers quite a good breakfast which can be convenient if you have a big day planned (not included in cost of the hotel.) There is a coffee machine in the room. We loved our stay here."

"Great location, good sized room, very comfy bed. Newly renovated but still retains its historical charm. One thing to note, this hotel is located at the main square so it’s not surprising to hear street activities early in the morning or late at night. It wasn’t a problem for me."
