"Hotel liegt im wunderschönen San Blas, ist mit Taxi nicht direkt erreichbar, man muss also ein paar Stufen gehen, was uns aber überhaupt nicht störte. Es hat einen wunderschön gepflegten Balkon mit toller Sicht auf die Stadt (und in unserem Fall auf das Feuerwerk!!). Die spanisch sprechende Betreiberin ist total nett. Gepäckaufbewahrung (3x!!!) war super, auch dass wir am letzten Tag länger bleiben durften. Warmwasser ist vorhanden, wenn man den Boiler erst mal verstanden hat. Frühstück mit Buffet schmeckte uns gut!"

"Wir sind als Familie per Auto angereist, das Hotel liegt in der Fussgängerzone- schön, aber schwierig mit viel Gepäck. Die Dame hat uns allerdings tragen geholfen. Wenn man nachts noch unterwegs ist, sollte man darauf gefasst sein, nicht mehr reingelassen zu werden. Nachdem mein Sohn 30 Minuten geklingelt hatte, kam glücklicherweise zufällig jemand vorbei. Die Dusche wird nicht richtig warm, die Zimmer ein wenig mit Hilfe der Elektroheizung. Die Bettdecken rutschen ab, Verdunkeln geht nicht. Wäscheservice existiert nicht."

"We reserved this place for 4 nights and extended one extra night. There was an issue with our shower in our first room and the host moved us to another room with no issues. Kutty Wasi is a short walk to the plaza and a very central location. The room was cleaned every day and the hosts were very friendly. Breakfast was amazing every day with a range of options from fruit, cereals, toast, avocado, oats, coffee and tea, eggs, ham and cheese. I would highly recommend this place! All rooms have a kitchenette and fridge."

"The view was really nice, the staff was also very helpful and kind. We were allowed to leave our luggage until we were back from Machupicchu for free, even if we were not spending the night after that. The hotel is very beautiful."

"The friendly staff. Although none of the staff could speak English, they were very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate all our request. The hotel is quite high in the San Blas area so difficult for tour pick ups to get too and also cabs to drive however the view of Cusco is amazing and beautiful especially in the evenings. Apartments were large and spacious. We did have hot water for evening showers, just the water pressure isn't great."

"Breakfast was relatively basic so we really didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. As mentioned, the hotel is quite high in the San Blas area so difficult for tour pick ups but you just need to arrange pick at a nearby location, although getting to the hotel with a bunch of luggage was a bit of challenge, especially with the altitude. Water pressure is okay but at least you have hot water. The bed covers are very synthetics so they didn't feel great and would often fall of the bed."

"The location was great and although it was no possible to reach the property by car it had easy access to the city center. The staff was super nice and we were able to leave our extra bags before departing for the Inca Trail."
