"Es ist nicht allzuweit weg vom Flughafen (ca. 18 min mit dem Taxi) und ca. 10 min Fußweg zur Fähre. Also ein guter erster Stopp für unsere Reise. Unser Zimmer war sauber und das gemeinsame Bad auch. Es gibt eine saubere Küche. Die Gastgeberin hat gute Videos (auf französisch) vorher über whatsapp geschickt. So konnten wir auch spät Nachts unser Zimmer leicht finden."

"Aufgrund unserer späten Ankunft, bat mich die Gastgeberin, die Hotelgebühr auf einer anderen Website als Booking.com zu überweisen. Das fand ich ein bisschen unheimlich, aber es hat am Ende als funktioniert. Vielleicht wäre es gut, sich da nochmal mit Booking.com auszutauschen."

"Ich habe für nur eine Nacht ein Bett benötigt. Für das war es der perfekte Ort. Preis-Leistung stimmt. Es ist sauber, ruhig und es gab einen freundlichen Empfang."

"Die Lage ist nicht so prickelnd, aber man ist schnell zu Fuss im Zentrum und bei den Fähren. Und das war schlussendlich der wichtigste Aspekt für mich."

"Nice, cosy place. Exactly like on the pictures. No AC in the double room, but you're alright with the fan. Plenty of common area. Check in instructions sent by WhatsApp. Parking is on the street and it's supposedly safe."

"Hime lodge is a great, affordable hostel with good facilities and well-organised processes to help facilitate a smooth check-in and out. The staff and owners are friendly and the hostel is quiet, safe and comfortable. (The surrounding streets can feel unsafe to walk alone at night, so take care). I stayed in the women's dormitory section, which is made up of simple rooms, each with two beds. It was a nice surprise to share my dormitory only with one other traveler, when I had expected there to be 5-6 beds, as per the usual dormitory experience. If it's not busy you may be lucky enough to have a dorm room to yourself. I found Hime Lodge to be a nice, well-equipped and affordable place to stay and would recommend it to other solo travellers."
