Breakfast could be improved.

There was nothing significant to complain about. Overall, the experience met and even exceeded my expectations.

Wir sind in Spa und Wellness Centar Mamababa gegangen und das werde ich keinem empfehlen. Das Wasser im Schwimmbad war ziemlich kalt, die Kinder konnten gar nicht rein. Wir haben uns riesig gefreut als wir gesehen haben dass neben Schwimmbad Muschelliege ist, aber die ist komplett mit Schimmelpilz bedeckt..Toilette war auch ziemlich schmutzig.. Ich habe Kontakt von der Frau, die für die Spa zuständig ist bekommen, aber sie hat meine Nachricht nur gelesen und nicht beantwortet. In jedem Fall, nicht zu empfehlen ⛔️⛔️⛔️

it’s outdated! needs more activities for the kids.. or indoor playgrounds.. because of the heat and questioning weather they should have more means of transportation inside of the resort and include more varieties in the breakfast. They should have express check in and check out

"Super Lage mit Blick auf das Wasser Kleiner Privatstrand,. Möglichkeit zum Befahren/ Mieten eines Bootes. Sehr schöne Anlage. Zimmer ausreichend gross und sauber."

Möbel, TV, Küche, alles sehr einfach und altbacken, Reicht aber bei nicht allzu grossen Ansprüchen.

Zimmerservice nur jeden zweiten Tag, Reparaturen im Zimmer (defekter Safe) trotz mehrfacher Reklamation nicht erledigt.

Toilet inside hotel room had a cigarette smoke smell.

The breakfest is great, they have also a private beach the pool was clean and all the area was clean the room was good too

"年数は感じるもののオシャレな外観。 １室が中で２部屋に分かれており、更にそれぞれ２つずつベッドがありました。部屋同士もトイレや浴室のある通路をドアで挟んでおり行き来できます。それぞれの部屋も広い。エアコンもしっかり効くし、wi-fiやワイヤレス充電器もある。 朝食はゴルフ場のレストランで、サラダ、トースト、スクランブルエッグ＆ベーコン、スープ、ヨーグルト、飲み物をいただきました。美味しかったですが、ヨーグルトは大人向けの味です。甘くないので、子供達はトーストの苺ジャムを混ぜました。 スタッフはみんな丁寧な方ばかりでした。"

室内の鍵がかからない所がある。バルコニーへの鍵も壊れてて開かない。外スリッパも準備されているのに。時期的なものもあるかも知れないけど、窓が虫ついてて汚れている。 近くにコンビニ等ないので、夕食はよく考えてから施設に向かいましょう。

W pokoju dwuosobowym byla jedna butelka wody, jeden recznik , jedna koldra.Ale bylismy tylko jedna noc , dlatego nie bylo to az tak uciazliwe, podejrzewam pomylke przy zameldowaniu

Restaurant waiters are useless, slow, just talking to each other. . Even if you are a guest at hotel they want you to pay for the huts. Hotel guests should get at least a free hour daily. There is no real beach seating for hotel guests to relax.

"Wow—that’s all I can say! Alexis is the best host ever. The location can't be beaten, and the same goes for the staff. You get proper 6-star service for a fraction of the price!"

Für Raucher ist es etwas mühsam, an Zigaretten zu kommen, da es nur einen Supermarkt gibt und dieser nicht immer geöffnet ist. Ein Zigarettenautomat wäre daher sehr zu empfehlen.

"Nice calm resort well eqiupped spa, large rooms, great food, drink as well.. What is on top level is staff, in particular super nice lady at reception, always ready to help, moving you immediatelly to relaxing mood on arrival. Hope landlord is well aware having such a treasure in the team."

"The property is very welcoming, with professional and helpful staff. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which I really appreciated. The swimming pool was closed for two days, but the hotel kindly removed the related charges. At breakfast, I would suggest adding kiwi and avocado, which I personally missed. The beach, gym, leisure facilities, and overall atmosphere are beautiful and relaxing. The sea is simply stunning! 🌊"

"L'hôtel se situe dans un cadre naturel magnifique, l'on peut directement partir à pied de l'hôtel pour aller randonner. L'équipe de l'hôtel est très accueillante et a grandement facilité notre séjour."

Das Mobiliar ist in die Jahre gekommen, nicht wirklich mehr zeitgemäß und die Bettmatratze ist schon etwas durchgelegen.

Aufgrund von Strömungen kann man leider nicht am Hotel schwimmen, sondern muss zum Ort laufen.

"The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food. The tropical gardens around the hotel were beautiful and larger than any hotel gardens I have seen elsewhere in Asia and very well maintained. In particular we would like to mention Mr Tony Tong the Hospitality Manager who was very helpful advising us on excursions and sorting out a serious travel problem (0ne railway ticket booked instead of two!)"

I wish the restaurant area lighti g could be improved especially closer to the water...it would make a lovely evening entertainment area.

"Das Hotel liegt direkt an einem schönen kleinen Sandstrand. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt und waren entsprechend sehr sauber. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit."

Leider handelt es sich um einen öffentlichen Strand, der insbesondere für Kinder, die freilaufende Hunde nicht mögen, eher ungeeignet ist. Das Hotel ist aufgrund durchweg gefliester Böden und nicht verglaster, sondern nur mit Holzlamellen versehener Lüftungsschächte zwischen Badezimmer und Hotelflur ziemlich hellhörig.

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, in einigen Feuchtbereichen müsste der beginnende Schimmel entfernt werden.

"Das Chalet ist sehr gut eingerichtet, mückenfrei und mit Ventilatoren gut kühlbar! Es hat viel Ambiance und ist mitten in den Bäumen. Annarine und Rodney haben uns auf einer Schnorcheltour per Boot zu den schönsten Plätzen in der Lagune geführt. Wir haben viele bunte Fische und farbige Korallen gesehen! Thank you so much! Having to get taxis but the cheap so not to bad.

"Nach langer Anreise konnten wir morgens um 10.00 Uhr schon unser Zimmer beziehen !! Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage und wir hatten auch ein Zimmer mit Meerblick. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!"

Im Bad wäre mal eine Renovierung notwendig!!

Atmosphäre im Restaurant hätte schöner sein können, aber Essen und Wein waren top.

"Ein normales Frühstück, wie es in jedem Hotel zu finden ist. Die angebotene Qualität war etwas über dem Durchschnitt. Unser Zimmer war klein aber ausreichend. Man ist ja doch mehr anderweitig unterwegs."
