"Die Lage am Crocodile River mit Blick auf den Krüger Nationalpark ist unbeschreiblich. Das sehr aufmerksame Personal und die Halbpension war sehr angenehm. Für einen nächsten Besuch in der Region würden wir wieder hier buchen."

Das Bad und einige Möbelstücke schienen etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

"A fun and colourful resort close to Grenada airport. We stayed here for a few nights at the start of our trip to Grenada and really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and reasonably comfortable; it had nice doors out with direct pool access and even had a small kitchenette. The grounds of the hotel are well thought out and it's nice to have the choice of pools, each with different views and vibes! The restaurant is great and we had some delicious meals, "Street Food Wednesday" was a highlight of our trip! There was also a wide range of tours and activities; we did a full island tour which was really worth it."

There are limited amenities near this hotel - other than the university, there is no town/restaurants/beach to walk to. The hotel was great and organizing taxis however and there is a free shuttle to the beach!

Schlechtes WLAN, Frühstück sehr einseitig, als Alleinreisende kann man nicht alleine vor das Hotel gehen, Abendessen ist relativ teuer, Papua Neuguinea ist kein sicheres Reiseziel und kann nur mit einer organisierten Tour bereist werden. Die Straßen sind katastrophal.

Ab den ersten beiden Tagen waren wir fast alleine. Da war das Essen nicht besonders. Umso mehr Leute im Hotel waren, umso besser wurde das Essen. Cocktails schlecht gemixt. Weine zum Essen zu schlecht. Lunchtheke am Strand ungenießbar.

"Traumhafte Lage, wie in einem Palmenhain. Sehr schön gestaltete Anlage"

Leider ist das Meer zum Schwimmen nicht zugänglich: zu flach bis zum Riff und mit Pflanzen bewachsen. Die Pflege/Sauberkeit der Treppen/Flure in den einzelnen Häusern war schlecht.

"Schon am Empfang waren die Concierges freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlte sich gleich sehr willkommen. Das änderte sich auch während des gesamten Aufenthaltes nicht. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, ruhig und komfortabel; das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen.. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt. Für Ausflüge konnte man sich problemlos Handtücher ausleihen."

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

"A good hotel with a decent and tasty breakfast served in an interestingly located restaurant. The rooms are clean and spacious. It's pleasantly cool in summer even during the heat, although there's no air conditioning. A special highlight is the mountain river flowing nearby — you can hear its sound at night. The location is truly excellent, especially convenient because the free shuttle bus stop is right next to the hotel. In the pool, the water is very warm, but it was impossible to use it — all the spots around the pool were constantly occupied."

"The staff was very professional and help us a lot, the place was clean and meet our expectation, the pool was clean and breakfast was great"

The breakfest is great, they have also a private beach the pool was clean and all the area was clean the room was good too

"This apartment is well kept, very clean, comfortable, with all facilities at high level and abundancy. Interior very nice and cozy. SPECTACULAR views from the terrace, definitely that makes this apartment special. The hosts very nice people, very attentive and helpful. Even helped me to take off flat tire and fix it the nearest garage. Communication excellent. If you are in Morgan's Bay, this is would an excellent choice."

Property is managed so well that there is nothing to say negative.

"Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Das Restaurant ist estklassig Kitty, unsere Kellnerin, ist eine erstklassige Gastgeberin und das Essen war super lecker. Kitty's Empfehungen waren vom Feinsten. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und schön eingerichtet. Ein Hotel zum wohlfühlen."

Das Wifi ist sehr, sehr schwach und langsam. Rezeptionistin war sehr freundlich aber langsam. Zimmer etwas zu dunkel im Wohnzimmer.

"Die Lage war sehr schön und wir konnten viele Aktivitäten in Anspruch nehmen, wie z.b. Schnorcheln und Riffwanderung mit einem Guide. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut und lecker."

"Tolles, höfliches und gut geschultes Personal, sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend; großartiger Service auf allen Ebenen. Schöne Aussicht auf die Stadt, gute Anbindung, schöner und gepflegter Privatstrand."

Leider sind die Umkleiden und WC etwas zu weit entfernt vom Strand. Zu viele eingebildete russische Gäste.

Atmosphäre im Restaurant hätte schöner sein können, aber Essen und Wein waren top.

Das Essen war lecker, die Portionen allerdings relativ klein und preislich eher am oberen Ende Leider waren weder ein Kühlschrank noch ein Zimmersafe vorhanden

"Exceptional site and lovely beaches & swimming pools with good restaurants"

The fact that, despite the heat, rooms were not supplied with drinking water & this had to be ordered from room service at $5 a small bottle. We had just arrived from staying at the Hamilton Princess hotel in Bermuda &, as is normal for luxury hotels of this standard, that had no problem in supplying drinking water to guests free of charge.

Couldn’t find any ramp which could be wheel chair friendly. A ramp could be introduced for ease of moving luggage’s and for elderly people.

"Our suite came with a hot tub on the balcony. It was beautiful view and the rooms were super comfortable. The suite also came with a glass of wine and complimentary breakfast buffet the next day. It was very pleasant and nice. We enjoyed our stay."

"Sehr große Hotelanlage, riesige Poollandschaft, mehrere Spezialitätenrestaurants und Bars in All Inclusive dabei. Speisenqualität geht so, gute Markenspirituosen, bei denen nicht gespart wird. Wir hatten eine Junior Suite mit eigenem Pool und Meerblick, gut ausgestattet und sauber."

Beim CheckIn kostete es einige Nerven, da wir erst durch Nachdruck das gebuchte Zimmer erhalten haben...

A little tired in places - could do with a bit of a spruce up such as a lick of paint on all the walls, new carpets in the common areas (stairs) etc. Seemed to be a lot of staff but not a lot of guests (although the staff were lovely).

"Angenehme, chillige Atmosphäre im Kibbuz; verschiedene Möglichkeiten, draußen zu sitzen; schöne, saubere und modern eingerichtete Zimmer mit Terrasse; Pool mit großer Wiese ringsum"

Frühstück - am zweiten Tag erhielten wir ein Essens-Paket mit Salat, Ei und diversen Cremes; der Speisesaal war in Ermangelung an Gästen geschlossen

"Uns hat die abgeschiedene Lage sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren zu dem Zeitpunkt sogar die einzigen Gäste. Ein herrlicher Pool und tolle Brandung. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Roller leiht einem die Unterkunft. Schöner Königspalast und den Virgin Beach/White Sand Beach in der Nähe. Restaurant in Laufnähe."

"The room was very nice. We had a 3 bedroom villa and loved that we all had our own bathrooms."

Cockroaches. Saw a large one on our garbage under the sink on one day, Saw another one dead on the floor another day. The [shuttle only] travel within the property came as a surprise but it was ok. They stop running at 11:30 so best to be settled in for the night by then. We were there for a family reunion and had family in another building, so we couldn’t really hang out late due to the end of the shuttle runs. The property was too steep of a hill for some members of my family to walk.

"Freundliches Personal, tolle Lage direkt am Zentrum von Port Villa. Gute Schnorchelmöglichkeiten und Pools zum Abkühlen. Fähre zum Ort fährt alle paar Minuten."

Insgesamt finden wir, dass das Resort für den Preis zu wenig bietet. Das Frühstück ist okay, mehr aber auch nicht. Für guten Kaffee zahlt man extra, auf das Omelette mussten wir mehrfach 30 Minuten warten. Die Preise für Getränke und Essen im Resort sind hoch. Viele Gäste gehen daher oft außerhalb im Ort essen. Es kommen viele Tagesgäste ins Resort, vor allem wenn ein Kreuzfahrtschiff vor Ort ist. Das kann auch störend sein. Die Anlage ist zum Teil auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Unterm Strich will man hier vor allem Geld verdienen. Uns fehlte manchmal der Blick für die Interessen und das Wohlbefinden der Gäste. Das sollte bei einem Resort dieser Preisklasse professioneller laufen.

The food was somewhat repetitive and sometimes bland.

At that price I expected a ceiling fan ,especially with the high humidity, and a hot shower , even under a black solar bag . And a linen change should have happened, after a few hot and humid nights , the sheets become greasy and unpleasant to sleep on .

"Eine ganz fantastische Unterkunft. Besonders der Kontakt zum Personal ist sehr persönlich und freundlich. Die Library gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles ist stimmig."
