"Izuzetno prijatni ljudi, predusretljivi i uvek na raspolaganju, kako vlasnici tako i ostali stanari. Same sobe su fantastično mirisale, čak se i u hodniku osećala toplota koja je bila održavana preko celog dana. Definitivno ćemo se vratiti ovde ✅️"

"ご夫妻とも英語は話せなさそうでしたが、面倒見がよく、WiFiのパスワードを聞きに行ったら、お昼ご飯を一緒にご馳走になってしまいました。ボディソープ完備、タオルは無かったけれども、お願いしたらご自宅のタオルを貸してくれそう。暖房はエアコンで、厳寒期は寒いかもしれません。部屋は個室、ロケーションは良く、宿はご自宅兼なので、到着時間の融通は利きそうです。近代的ではなくウエットなおもてなしが期待できます。"

"Located within short walking distance to markets and restaurants. The hosts were extremely friendly and inviting. We had wonderful conversations over coffee using Google Translate (no English). The facilities met all of my needs and it was a very nice place."
"The things that mattered were clean, but there was an accumulation of dust/lint on top of cabinets and other high places. The walls could use a little cleaning from ignorant guests who pick their nose and don’t use a tissue."

"Das Zimmer war ausgesprochen sauber und nett gestaltet. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer wunderschönen Lage. Die Gastgeberfamilie hat uns nett begrüßt. Wir haben leider nur eine Nacht im Magnolia verbracht, das Zimmer wäre aber auch sehr gut geeignet für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Die Gemeinschafts-Küche schien sehr gut ausgestattet, und die kleine Terrasse vor dem Zimmer ist ideal an lauen Sommerabenden."

"We stayed at this apartment with our family (my husband, our 10-year-old son, and I) and were absolutely delighted! First of all, I want to highlight the amazing hospitality and care of the host. We arrived late in the evening after a long bus trip, and the host kindly accommodated our late check-in and even organized a very convenient transfer from the bus station. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, very cozy, and bright. It had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and everything was in perfect working order. A huge bonus is the fantastic location! It's situated on a quiet and beautiful street (Belička) in the great neighborhood of Vračar. Supermarkets, bakeries, public transport stops, and excellent traditional restaurants are all just a few minutes' walk away. Thank you so much for the warm welcome! We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to all travelers."
