"The house was big and excellent for a group of 8-9 people."

Maybe a bit cold, but there was a fireplace that solved the situation mostly.

"We were group of friends with families, so we were very excited about place, surrounding, distance to the sea - everything was great! Kids had a lot of acticities, even to collect shells or pine cones. Every room had separate bathrooms, kitchen equipment, tools for barbeque (we need to brought only charcol for cooking)."

It small thing, that do not efect my valuation - sofa was a bit to hard for adults, would be great to have additional mattress :)

"Unser Aufenthalt hier hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig mit abgetrennter heißer Dusche und nettem Balkon. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Aber vor allem hat Tom den Aufenthalt zu einem ɓesonderen Erlebnis gemacht. Er war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns in allen Fragen geholfen. Absolute Empfehlung!"

"Tolle, saubere Bungalows mit Blick aufs Meer. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Besitzerin und ihr Mann sind super freundlich. Mit Bus oder Taxi ist man schnell in der Stadt. Direkt vor der Unterkunft liegt ein Schiffswrack im Wasser. Man kann dort gut schnorcheln!"

Wifi funktionierte manchmal nicht so gut

"The villas are on private property just off the beach road that divides the property to peaceful lush gardens with villas and the beach side with pool, bar, outdoor shower and beach area. Villa has a spacious teracce that is perfect spot for relaxing and wildlife watching - birds, iguanas, parrots, butterflies, collibries - better than the Gilpin trail! :) Each villa has own host that met us at our arrival. She helped us to settle, showed us the house and next day she cooked the lunch for us as per our wish - the local cuisine - callaloo, cou cou and mahi mahi and it was delicious."

That we could not stay longer! :) And the fans above the bed were little fast, not able to slow them down.

"L'endroit est très propre et décoré avec goût, on se croirait chez soit ! Cette maison est un paradis que ce soit pour les adultes et pour les enfants. Il y a un coin jeux extérieur pour eux, et des jouets ainsi que des équipements loisir (draisienne, ballon rebondissant, etc...) à l'intérieur. Les services proposés sont également de qualité et très intéressants !"

"The view, the house and the sea is unimaginably beautiful. The stairs take you down directly into the sea, and its swimming distance to many of the beaches around. The host is great and it' s easy to communicate. There is wifi, a big plus. Honestly, it's a dream to stay here, it's quiet and calm, relaxing with hammocks and shaded areas, easy to cook together and enjoy."

The road to the house is more of a gravel path most of the time, with a few steep sides.. its really beautiful, also a bit frightening to walk down at first, especially when carrying luggage and bringing kids and so. However, you get really used to it after some trips to the restaurants and small shops. Power outage was rather common mid-day during our stay, maybe it's different during high season. This is just the way it is in this area, and has nothing to do with the house or the host, it's just something to be mindful of. Bring a powerbank 😀

"Das Haus liegt wunderschön abgelegen mit einem unglaublichen Ausblick vom Pool aufs Meer und die davorliegenden Hügel. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Für Freizeitspaß steht eine Tischtennisplatte und ein Krökeltisch zur Verfügung. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!"

Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist sehr steil, wir empfehlen einen Automatikwagen, den man auf Martinique unserer Meinung nach aber sowieso mieten sollte. Das WLAN funktioniert leider nicht in allen Räumen, vielleicht könnte hier ein Repeater installiert werden.

Also, the host was so thoughtful to provide cooking ingredients including rice, eggs, sardines, shallots and chillies just in case we're hungry at night or for the sahur. My husband said we should rate this stay 12/10 :D Thank you Mr. Tajarazhar."

There was nothing that I didn't like. It was beyond my expectation. Perhaps, it would have been better if the host utilizes some space for a mini pool (for those with kids) or put indoor game facilities. But as for me and my teen children, it was great already.

"Had an Great stay at Casa Karibu. The house was clean and had amazing views. Daily house cleaning staff was a pleasure to be around. Planning activities was a breeze and Laurie was always a text away to assist."

Could pave the pathway to the pool a bit better so not to always track dirt to and from the house . The lounge chair area is tight - hard to navigate multiple people finding a seat as there isn’t space to walk around the chairs . For our group that was a bit elderly it wasn’t convenient

"De ligging van Casa Baronesa kan niet beter, direct aan een mooi strand, met achter het huis, gescheiden van het strand via een poortje, nog een stukje privé strand. Het huis is zeer ruim en smaakvol ingericht. Het uitzicht vanuit de slaapkamers op zee is fenomenaal. Verder zijn in de directe nabijheid de nodige restaurantjes te vinden."

De huisraad - met name het bestek en de pannen - was niet op peil en dient te worden aangevuld. Verder zouden een broodrooster en een vaatwasser welkom zijn. Het gemis hieraan heeft de pret echter zeker niet mogen drukken.

"漂亮温暖有质感的大房子，双海景，厨房用品齐全，房东Halvor 和 Cathrine热情体贴，房子被保养的很好。春节的几天这里基本没有游客，和罗弗敦的热闹相比，这里简直是北欧仙境！我们在这里度过了梦幻般的时光。强烈推荐！"

Die Villa ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Im Hinblick auf den schlechten Straßenzustand auf der Insel ist die Entfernung zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten leider etwas groß

"Das Haus war modern eingerichtet und die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Super war das auf der Terrasse ein Gasgrill vorhanden war."

An der Poolanlage, direkt am Meer, waren einige Fliesen defekt, die dadurch zu Stolperfallen wurden. Und an einigen Stellen schauten Kabel raus.

"We received prompt responses from the manager whenever we had a request. The facilities and bedding were very good, and the area was peaceful with a helpful security guard."

"Das großzügige Platzangebot. Gemütliche Einrichtung. Hochstühle für Kleinkinder sowie Babybett sind vorhanden. Im Treppenhaus steht auch ein Schrank mit Büchern und Spielen. Ebenso sind Staubsauger vorhanden. Für eine alte Villa war die Wohnung gut in Schuss."

Zwei Punkte möchte ich anmerken. In der Loggia links neben der Tür, war eine Fenstervertäfelung locker. Die müsste wieder festgeklebt werden. Und der Buffetschrank im Wohnzimmer ist nicht mit der Wand verbunden. Da das Angebot auch an Familien mit Kleinkindern gerichtet ist, sollte hier nachgebessert werden.

3泊したのですがタオルが2泊分しか無かったのでちょっと残念でした。

"Ruhige sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft. Eine Oase zur Entspannung aber dennoch zentrall. In zwei Minuten am Meer und 20 min zu Fuß in Latchi. Der Strand dort ist wirklich fantastisch. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und beim plötzlichem Stromausfall abens direkt vor Ort um Abhilfe zu schaffen. Wir kommen gern wieder."

Es könnte allgemein etwas sauberer sein und eine große Pfanne wäre auch nett, aber das sind wirklich Klagen auf hohem Niveau. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

"The guest house AIDA is a huge villa. It has 4 different bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3 different common living rooms. It can accommodate up to 10 people with lots of available indoor space for everyone. There is one shared pool with 2 other guest houses and lots of outdoors common spaces that you use. One of the common spaces has a very nice seating around a fire pit, the host provided us with firewood and help to light the fire. The host was very friendly and very responsive to all our questions."

The beds can be more comfortable, but they were ok for 1 night. There are no ACs in the rooms, but the weather in that area is already chilled, and they provided 4 different electric fans for all the rooms.
