"The features and inclusions of the room were great"

The walls seems thin, I could hear the neighbours.

"We were group of friends with families, so we were very excited about place, surrounding, distance to the sea - everything was great! Kids had a lot of acticities, even to collect shells or pine cones. Every room had separate bathrooms, kitchen equipment, tools for barbeque (we need to brought only charcol for cooking)."

It small thing, that do not efect my valuation - sofa was a bit to hard for adults, would be great to have additional mattress :)

"Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa le Venezie verbracht . Wir sind sehr herzlich empfangen worden und haben die Ruhe an diesem Ort einfach nur genossen . Wir haben uns ab dem ersten Tag wie Zuhause gefühlt und uns sehr wohl gefühlt . Im Haus hat es uns an nichts gefehlt . Wir würden immer wieder kommen und vermissen es jetzt schon sehr . Bitte wieder ein Sonnensegel über dem Jakuzee anbringen...der Sonnenbrand war leider nicht zu vermeiden 🙈

There was nothing not to like.

"I like the location, in the middle of three hospitals I needed to visit, staff were very helpful , I had upgraded and that was very nice of Mr. Ahmed. I will be back for sure."

"Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett. das Frühstück sehr SEHR gut, alles sehr höflich und unkompliziert."

Der einzige Kritikpunkt als "großer" Mensch: das Bad im Zimmer ist nicht zwingend für Leute geeignet, die 1,95 m sind, aber man kann sich arrangieren. Dennoch sauber, toll und wirklich eine tolle Gastgeberin.

"Excellent staff, spacious location and games room a bonus. Easy access by car to Blue Lagoon and Boston Beach with a couple of dollars' entry charge. (Could walk to Frenchman's Cove but entry charge excessive so didn't bother.)"

Small maintenance issues required but clean and spacious.

"Sehr schönes Haus. Die Eigentümer Lisa und Steve waren zuverlässig, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation lief über Mail und vor allem WhatsApp. Die Bezahlung wurde vorab über einen Link auf eine Kreditkartenzahlung abgewickelt, da sie u.a. in Simbabwe und Botswana nicht über Booking funktioniert."

"Wir waren bereits zum zweiten mal in diesem Haus. Diesesmal hat uns die Sauberkeit sehr positiv überrascht. Es war sehr ordentlich, die Betten alle bezogen, alles hat gut gerochen und war sehr einladend. Hier und da etwas Dekoration war super schön und hat dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Vielen Dank, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder."

Food can be a little better. Veg Sandwich had little veggies and too much mayonnaise.

"L'endroit est très propre et décoré avec goût, on se croirait chez soit ! Cette maison est un paradis que ce soit pour les adultes et pour les enfants. Il y a un coin jeux extérieur pour eux, et des jouets ainsi que des équipements loisir (draisienne, ballon rebondissant, etc...) à l'intérieur. Les services proposés sont également de qualité et très intéressants !"

"Außergewöhnliche Lage, direkt am Meer auf der Insel Atauro. Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal und professionelles Tauchteam. Wir hatten "Halbpension" (Frühstück und Abendessen), normalerweise bucht man man mit Lunch. Jeweils ein kleines Buffet, ausreichend und schmackhaft. Eigentlich für Taucher und Schnorchler prädestiniert, kann man dort aber auch eine sehr ruhige Auszeit verbringen."

"Es war so wie in der Beschreibung beschrieben. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in dieser Unterkunft. Für uns waren die Abende auf unsere Terrasse ein Genuss. Wir waren auch jeden Morgen „unten“ am Strand um unser Bad zu nehmen. Ja der Weg war Steil aber die Seychellen sind nun mal bergig. Und es waren auch nur 10 Minuten Rückweg. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, und wir fühlten uns sehr gut Untergebracht. Wir kannten jedoch Port Glaud schon, von früheren Reisen. Vielen Dank an alle!"

"The Uncle and Aunty were very helpful and friendly. Upon receiving they have explained everything in clear words. Everything is written with clear instruction in the house so you don't have any issues using any stuff. It was a wonderful experience...perfect place for a family to stay."

Betten hatten teils schlechte Matratzen, Klimaanlage teils defekt, Besteck in der Küche teils kaputt.

"Top ist die Anlage, der Park mit Pool. Selten so was schönes gesehen. Auch die Unterkunft mit Pool ist toll. Butlerservice ein Gewinn. Milan, der Butler sehr gut, Lob."

Küche sehr gut. Portionen müssen zulegen.

Location was a little isolated with limited facilities within walking distance.

"Good location close to the beach. Easy walk to the harbour area and restaurants and bars. The property was clean and well equipped although could do with some updating. Bedrooms and living area spacious, less so the bathroom - see below."

The bathroom and particularly the shower was small and very basic. The floor in the shower sloped and was a potential hazard; care needed not to lose your balance. Jolly Beach is a beautiful long beach, but when we were there construction work was taking place along side the beach which was noisy and distracting.

"The house was very charming. The views were gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the gas fireplace! The kitchen was outfitted with lots of dishes, serving dishes, utensils and everything you can think of. We appreciated that."

The kitchen was very cold. The hot tub was older and had a bit of a musty smell and all the jets didnt work. But it was great to have it in a screened in porch. Theres only 1 main bathroom and 1 ensuite. So if you dont mind people walking into your bedroom to get to the 2nd bathroom.

There was nothing to be dislike there

"Very helpful manager Mr. Bikram Lama. He helped out a lot. the evening fireplace is wonderful to keep warm. Breakfast is made-to-order and hence decent. Once you are in the property, it's a great feeling just next to the runway!!"

Location is confusing as one has to walk quite a bit from Lukla Airport. They should coordinate a porter with arriving guests. It's very cold there and room heaters must be provided for the night. Also, 24 hour hot water supply must be provided

It's a little bit tired, but listen - this is an incredible villa for the money. Ignore the tired spots and enjoy!
