"This house is perfect. As soon as we arrived we felt at home and spend a great amount of time in this little paradise."

"The villas are on private property just off the beach road that divides the property to peaceful lush gardens with villas and the beach side with pool, bar, outdoor shower and beach area. Villa has a spacious teracce that is perfect spot for relaxing and wildlife watching - birds, iguanas, parrots, butterflies, collibries - better than the Gilpin trail! :) Each villa has own host that met us at our arrival. She helped us to settle, showed us the house and next day she cooked the lunch for us as per our wish - the local cuisine - callaloo, cou cou and mahi mahi and it was delicious."

That we could not stay longer! :) And the fans above the bed were little fast, not able to slow them down.

"Das Haus war modern eingerichtet und die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Super war das auf der Terrasse ein Gasgrill vorhanden war."

An der Poolanlage, direkt am Meer, waren einige Fliesen defekt, die dadurch zu Stolperfallen wurden. Und an einigen Stellen schauten Kabel raus.

"Top ist die Anlage, der Park mit Pool. Selten so was schönes gesehen. Auch die Unterkunft mit Pool ist toll. Butlerservice ein Gewinn. Milan, der Butler sehr gut, Lob."

Küche sehr gut. Portionen müssen zulegen.

"Lou Lou ist sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Die Einrichtung des Studios ist zweckmässig. Vor allem ein grosser Kühlschrank."

"Very helpful manager Mr. Bikram Lama. He helped out a lot. the evening fireplace is wonderful to keep warm. Breakfast is made-to-order and hence decent. Once you are in the property, it's a great feeling just next to the runway!!"

Location is confusing as one has to walk quite a bit from Lukla Airport. They should coordinate a porter with arriving guests. It's very cold there and room heaters must be provided for the night. Also, 24 hour hot water supply must be provided

"The house was spacious (can park approximately 6 cars), clean and equipped with all necessities. All furniture were new. Also, the host was so thoughtful to provide cooking ingredients including rice, eggs, sardines, shallots and chillies just in case we're hungry at night or for the sahur. My husband said we should rate this stay 12/10 :D Thank you Mr. Tajarazhar."

There was nothing that I didn't like. It was beyond my expectation. Perhaps, it would have been better if the host utilizes some space for a mini pool (for those with kids) or put indoor game facilities. But as for me and my teen children, it was great already.

"We absolutely loved everything about this property. Amazingly wonderful villa, Lilou our villa host was also great and very helpful. Celine the property owner had left us a welcome platter of different French cheese’s which were delish and a bottle of red and white wine along with a dozen eggs and a loaf of bread."

The property was perfect inside and out and nothing to dislike.

"The host -Dumisa was very friendly and even though we had issues at the boarder he waited for us to arrive very late at night and escorted us to the place. The house was spacious, clean and good value for money."

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, trotzdem sehr gepflegt

"Everything is perfect, the villas are so new and well equipped and decorated. Sofia - Cousine Chef - and Marie - our main contact - were incredible since the begging. They do all for us to fell more comfortable. Levi is the bast from finish Lapland. Weather is perfect, the Vila is surrounded by nature and super calm but still central place. 1000% worth"

Betten hatten teils schlechte Matratzen, Klimaanlage teils defekt, Besteck in der Küche teils kaputt.

"Front desk call at 5:45 before we checked in, looking for us. We were 5 minutes away. Very friendly. Could use a few more parking spots for cars."

"The guest house AIDA is a huge villa. It has 4 different bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3 different common living rooms. It can accommodate up to 10 people with lots of available indoor space for everyone. There is one shared pool with 2 other guest houses and lots of outdoors common spaces that you use. One of the common spaces has a very nice seating around a fire pit, the host provided us with firewood and help to light the fire. The host was very friendly and very responsive to all our questions."

The beds can be more comfortable, but they were ok for 1 night. There are no ACs in the rooms, but the weather in that area is already chilled, and they provided 4 different electric fans for all the rooms.

Leider roch es im Badezimmer stark aus dem Abfluss. Wir vermuten, dass das Problem erst auftrat, als wir da waren. Evtl. Nur in unserem Zimmer, weil der Geruch während unseres Aufenthalts stärker wurde.

"Wir sind sehr zufrieden und würden es jedem weiterempfehlen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr höflich und sehr nett. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und hat gut geschmeckt. Wir durften uns aussuchen was wir essen möchten. Das Cottage war sehr bequem und gut ausgestattet. Wir durften früher einchecken. Vielen Dank ans ganze Team."

"Wir waren bereits zum zweiten mal in diesem Haus. Diesesmal hat uns die Sauberkeit sehr positiv überrascht. Es war sehr ordentlich, die Betten alle bezogen, alles hat gut gerochen und war sehr einladend. Hier und da etwas Dekoration war super schön und hat dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Vielen Dank, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder."

"Sehr schönes Haus. Die Eigentümer Lisa und Steve waren zuverlässig, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation lief über Mail und vor allem WhatsApp. Die Bezahlung wurde vorab über einen Link auf eine Kreditkartenzahlung abgewickelt, da sie u.a. in Simbabwe und Botswana nicht über Booking funktioniert."

"Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa le Venezie verbracht . Wir sind sehr herzlich empfangen worden und haben die Ruhe an diesem Ort einfach nur genossen . Wir haben uns ab dem ersten Tag wie Zuhause gefühlt und uns sehr wohl gefühlt . Im Haus hat es uns an nichts gefehlt . Wir würden immer wieder kommen und vermissen es jetzt schon sehr . Bitte wieder ein Sonnensegel über dem Jakuzee anbringen...der Sonnenbrand war leider nicht zu vermeiden 🙈

"Căn hộ rất rộng, khu sinh hoạt chung rất phù hợp để tụ tập tự nấu ăn, ăn uống với nhau. Cảnh quan xung quanh rất đẹp, có xe chở đi, và được sử dụng nhiều dịch vụ khác trong khu. Có vài trang thiết bị hơi cũ, đã xuống cấp nhưng cũng đã được xử lý và vệ sinh tốt."

Không hỗ trợ đặt giường phụ (có nhưng tính phí), cảm thấy không hợp lý lắm vì không gian chung rất rộng mà kh thể ở thêm người.

"Das großzügige Platzangebot. Gemütliche Einrichtung. Hochstühle für Kleinkinder sowie Babybett sind vorhanden. Im Treppenhaus steht auch ein Schrank mit Büchern und Spielen. Ebenso sind Staubsauger vorhanden. Für eine alte Villa war die Wohnung gut in Schuss."

Zwei Punkte möchte ich anmerken. In der Loggia links neben der Tür, war eine Fenstervertäfelung locker. Die müsste wieder festgeklebt werden. Und der Buffetschrank im Wohnzimmer ist nicht mit der Wand verbunden. Da das Angebot auch an Familien mit Kleinkindern gerichtet ist, sollte hier nachgebessert werden.
