"Nos gustó lo espacioso, nuevo y limpio que era el apartamento.Vistas desde dormitorio a la Pagoda Shwedagon. Estuvimos 4 noches cómo en casa, limpieza diaria además con gimnasio en el edificio y destacar la amabilidad de la chica de recepción, nos dejó salir más tarde al tener bus nocturno. Es una pena que no vayan los turistas !!!"

Nada, sólo que el edificio está casi vacío.

"The rooms were spacious booked a family room had one double and one single. Was on ground floor first room as you enter building. The a/c was nice and cool it was on a fixed temp as no remote. TV was good with reception. Outside plenty of shops and restaurants. Dera and Gourmet and supermarket/bakery, fast food and other shops along the way. Rickshaws always available across the road. The big malls like ammana mall just a few minutes ride."

The only problem was that the toilet was the flat hole in ground the other rooms upstairs had the siting version but they were double rooms staff said we could change rooms and they will give us extra mattress but we liked the location of first room others had to go past reception.

"Gigi ist eine sehr herzliche Frau, die mich mit einem leckeren Punsch empfangen hat. Sie hat sich per WhatsApp bei mir eigenständig gemeldet und mir den Weg zur Unterkunft erklärt, so dass die Schlüsselübergabe auch spät am Abend problemlos stattfinden konnte. Das Bett war bequem, das Badezimmer einwandfrei und die kleine Küchenzeile für kleine Mahlzeiten absolut ausreichend. Die Ferienanlage verfügt über einen tollen großen Pool, einem Café und einem Restaurant. In der Bucht ist das Schwimmen im Meer ein riesiges Vergnügen. Es stehen reichlich Sonnenliegen zur Verfügung."

"Für den Preis fand ich gut, dass man ein eigenes Badezimmer hat. Das war allerdings sehr schlicht, keine abgetrennte Dusche. Die Lage ist ok, in 25 min ist man zu Fuß am Busbahnhof. Zur Altstadt ist es auch nicht weit. Da es sehr kalt war, als ich dort war, brauchte man die Heizung (Klimaanlage). Diese hat gut funktioniert, musste aber dafür auf eine höhere Temperatur als üblich eingestellt werden."

Es ist etwas schwer zu finden, da es kein Schild gibt. Daher sollte man sich unbedingt vorher die Bilder vom Eingangsbereich anschauen.

"The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful with directions to/from the property and allowing me to stay in the bar area until I went to the bus station in the evening."

The room was basic (ie basic bathroom, wardrobe, tv, no desk) and was in the process of being cleaned when I arrived, but then this could be reflected in the 'budget' cost I paid for the accommodation.

"We love the area, close to the ocean, the view is fantastic. We lived in Trou deau Douce 25 years ago at Valmarin. It was wonderful to be back and these apartments has so much potential, but unfortunately it’s not taking care of. The cleaning lady was very kind."

The apartments weren’t cleaned when we arrived. The underfloor apartment was full of black mold. The pool is not taking care of. No sunbeds. You could easily do a quick renovation, do some painting and take care of these apartments and it would be wonderful. Now we love this area and has lot of friends in Trou deau Douce so we wanted to stay there. We had no contact with the owners, they didn’t answer us, but the housekeeper/cleaning lady was nice and answered, she come and clean when we asked for it.

Our room was located near the pool pump so was a bit noisy; we had to keep the balcony doors closed at all the time

"Très beau lieu avec une décoration épuré. Nous avions eu un problème avec la boîte à clé mais notre hôte a été hyper réactif."

Leider ist die Küche nur dürftig ausgestattet. Pfanne,Kochtopf, Teller, Tassen, Gläser, Schüsseln. Keine Messer, Toaster, Sieb. Aber Micro und Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank und Eisfach.

"Unsere Aufenthalt in Guest House Boranixal Paradise war super. Alles war sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Apartments sind gut ausgerichtet, man findet da alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist sehr gut, in grünen und auch voll nah am Meer. Immer wieder gerne!😊"

"Angenehmes Drei Sterne Hotel. Die Lage im Ort ist super. Viele Tavernen in der Nähe (Fr. + Sa. mit zyprischer/grieschicher Folkloremusik)."

Zimmerreinigung hat leider, trotz Trinkgeldes, nicht gut funktioniert. Das von uns vorab gewünschte Zimmer wurde uns leider nicht gegeben - das vergebene Zimmer war aber auch okay.

"Nicht mehr ganz neue Unterkunft aber gut gepflegt. Gute Lage, gut zum Schnorcheln und in der Nähe der Haie und Stachelrochen. Wir haben auch eine Schildkröte und ein Adlerrochen gesehen."

In der Küche kann es ein wenig warm werden da nur der Schlafraum AC hat. Auf Anfrage haben sie uns sehr schnell einen Fan vorbeigeveacht.

"große, schöne, helle Zimmer, mit toller Aussicht (wenn man Glück hat und ein Zimmer auf der Meerseite bekommt) – AC und wifi gehen prima – freundliche Mitarbeiter – in der Gemeinschaftsküche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht – Supermarkt über die Straße – Restaurants/Imbiss in der Nähe - Minibus vor der Haustüre (nach Philipsburg: 15 Minuten – 1 USD)"

"كل شي في المكان جميل، منطقة مراسي فيها كل ما تحتاج من اسواق ومطاعم وسينما وبحر، فعلًا لا تحتاج ان تخرج من المنتجع. شكر خاص للأخ Tayyab والأخت ريم على التواصل الدايم والسؤال قبل الوصول وبعد المغادرة، كان تعامل أكثر من رائع."

"Marnas Guesthouse ist eine sehr gemütliche Unterkunft. Wir haben in Nr. 3 übernachtet, einem kleinen Schlafzimmer mit tollem Ausblick über Tórshavn. Es gab ein großes Bad + eine weitere Toilette und Dusche, einen großen Küche-Ess-Wohnbereich und einen Wirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine. Die Küche ist groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Marnas Guesthouse ist eine Gemeinschaftsunterkunft. Es war sehr sauber und hat wunderbar funktioniert. Die Gastgeberin Marna ist sehr freundlich und hat sich sehr gut gekümmert. Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"Beautiful territory, nice stuff, excellent location, proximity to the beach. Absolutely beautiful place to stay close to the old port, very convenient for the kids to swim. A bit outside of the city and I loved it! Walking distance to the kite beach or shell cemetery. Enjoyed to be surrounded by so many flowers on the territory. Definitely good value for the money. Book in advance!"

The kids bed wasn’t really comfortable and was somehow uneven.

"Nettes Familienhotel. Gute, schöne Zimmer. Sonstiges Equipment etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber zweckmässig."

Ich war etwas erstaunt, dass man erst ab 9.00 Uhr am Morgen beim Frühstück Spiegel- oder Rührei bestellen konnte, da vorher niemand in der Küche war.

"Gute Lage 5' zur U-Bahn und nahe am Burj Khalifa-Viertel; grosszügige Nutzung des Pool-Bereichs auch schon am Anreise- und Abreisetag (wir flogen erst um Mitternacht und konnten am Abend noch im Hotel duschen); sehr freundliches Personal (mit herzlichem Gruss an den zuvorkommenden Pool- und Fitness-Manager aus Nepal!)"

In unserem Zimmer liess sich der Dampfabzug über dem Kochherd nicht abstellen - na ja, wir stellten uns vor, es sei die super Klimaanlage ... Einstellungssache ... :)

The AC in the bedroom was too noisy. And i hope they will fix the elevator soon.

Es war alles sehr gut. In die Innenstadt fährt man 5 Minuten.

"Die Wohnung ist topmodern und sauber, mit Aurcondition, Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert, die Lage toll. Schade, dass man das Elternschlafzimmer wegen den schrägen Fenstern nicht verdunkeln kann-gleiches Problem auch im Wohnzimmer bei der (leider unbequemen) Schlafcouch. Kinderzimmer ist super verdunkelbar. Die Küche ist klein, aber gut ausgestattet (nur 2 Herdplatten)"

3 Nächte für 1200Euro sind doch sehr teuer. Verdunkelung mangelhaft, Sofabett für 2 Personen unbequem
