"Das Apartment ist ruhig etwas ausserhalb gelegen, aber mit der 150 m weiter haltenden Strassenbahn ist man fix im Zentrum Dublins. Die Räumlichkeiten sind grosszügig und gut eingerichtet. Mit der Küche kann man sich auch gut selbst versorgen. Wir fanden es sehr angenehm, dass das 2. Schlafzimmer über ein eigenes Bad verfügte."

"Personal freundlich, netter Pool, Appartement großzügig, 4 Betten,2 Bäder. Zum Strand 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Einige Restaurants fußläufig. Japaner zu empfehlen. (FufiIchiban)"

Leider ist die Küche nur dürftig ausgestattet. Pfanne,Kochtopf, Teller, Tassen, Gläser, Schüsseln. Keine Messer, Toaster, Sieb. Aber Micro und Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank und Eisfach.

"Großes Zimmer, bequemes Bett, Zimmerservice kam schon am nächsten Tag. Soweit alles gut, zumal für den günstiges Preis. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es vor der Tür oder in der Nähe."

DiebKüchenausstattung ist eher dürftig. Geschirr ist aber ausreichend vorhanden.

Die Lüftung im Badezimmer lief dauerhaft und das war Nachts schon etwas unangenehm

فقط هناك شيء واحد لم يعجبني واتمنى ان يعملو على تحسينه.. المفروض يضعوا كارت على الباب الذي يحتوي على عبارة ( عدم الازعاج او الرجاء تنظيف غرفتي) لاننا نضطر كل يوم لابلاغ الارسيبشن ان يقوموا بتنظيف الغرفة واذا نسينا فأنهم لا يقوموا بتنظيفها الا بطلب من الزبون

"Sehr schönes, sauberes, geräumiges und sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment. Schöner Balkon mit Gartenblick und Zugang zum eigenen Swimmingpool. Der Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und äußerst hilfsbereit. Das Apartment liegt ungefähr 20 Minuten Fußmarsch vom nächsten Stand entfern. Restaurants, Bars und Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto schnell und einfach zu erreichen."

"Breakfast was very good. Location was ideal, in the centre for restaurants etc. Area felt very safe in the evening,"

Key card for lift was problematic. Lounge was a litle sparsely furnished.

"War alles sehr sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Abendessen und Frühstück als Buffet. War sehr lecker und es wurde stets nachgefüllt. Tolles Hotel weiter so."

Leider ist das Hotel direkt an der Hauptstrasse und man hört in den Zimmern/am Pool jedes einzelne Auto/Motorrad vorbeirasen.

"Sauberkeit, genug Raum. Der Klima war schon angemacht, als ich gekommen bin, da ich später check-in machen musste. Sehr nette Personal, ich bin aus Montenegro gefahren und später gekommen, ohne Probleme hat mich Schlüssel gewartet und schon alles vorbereitet."

Es war nichts was mir nicht gefallen hat

"The accommodations are wonderful. The view from the back balcony is breathtaking as it overlooks the ocean. It is very comfortable, clean, spacious and inviting. Renalda greeted us when we arrived and was a great contact in the Dominica."

It is about a 30-45 minute walk into the town of Roseau. It is a short walk uphill to accommodations if you do not have vehicle.

"Great staff on reception - very friendly and helpful, especially since I was the only guest in the hotel during the low season. The room was at an excellent rate and was very comfortable, clean and had everything I needed. The reception staff got me a kettle when I asked and I slept well."

Construction works are going on in the area and at the hotel in winter. Theh hamman, spa and bar and restaurant are all closed in winter too - all understandable and no huge deal and there's plenty in the area open all the time.

"Once inside the apartment, it is a different story: the apartment is spacious, well-designed, and clean. Also, the view of the surrounding area is magnificent - it does welcome one to Addis Ababa. The apartment caretaker, Selechi, is very resourceful and helpful in providing any needed information; he will go a distance to help guests order food and drinks. Kudos Selechi; keep up the good work."

The train rail track in front of the apartment hotel makes it difficult for taxi drivers to pick up or drop off a guest. The rail track extends to about 2 miles past the hotel; the Chinese contractors need to revisit that project.

Der Aufenthalt war zu kurz.

Uns hat alles gefallen.

"La ubicación y el apartamento en general estan excelentes, lo único esque si son 4 personas 2 deben axostarse en sofás camas pequeños, pero para una noche esta bien."

El sofá cama, pero para el precio y la ubicación se compensa.

"Sehr komfortable und moderne Zimmer. Parkplatz im Preis inbegriffen. Gut abgeschirmte Lage durch angrenzende höhere Häuser (andauernder Kriegszustand August 2023). Raketenalarm wurde auch über Lautsprecher in den Zimmern angesagt."
