"Zimmer war sauber und das Bett sehr bequem. Die Abwicklung war super, Buchungsbestätigung kam schnell, Zimmer konnte in kurzer zeit bezogen werden."

"The apartment was stocked with many basic food items: Bread, butter, margarine, tea, instant coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, juice, milk, coke, and snacks, to the best of my memory. This was essential because we arrived at 3:00 AM and had to be ready for a tour at 6:00 AM. Also, some of that is expensive to buy when you must leave it behind if you are only there a few days. We liked that there was a security guard there and the building and area felt safe. Laundry facilities."

"We love the area, close to the ocean, the view is fantastic. We lived in Trou deau Douce 25 years ago at Valmarin. It was wonderful to be back and these apartments has so much potential, but unfortunately it’s not taking care of. The cleaning lady was very kind."

The apartments weren’t cleaned when we arrived. The underfloor apartment was full of black mold. The pool is not taking care of. No sunbeds. You could easily do a quick renovation, do some painting and take care of these apartments and it would be wonderful. Now we love this area and has lot of friends in Trou deau Douce so we wanted to stay there. We had no contact with the owners, they didn’t answer us, but the housekeeper/cleaning lady was nice and answered, she come and clean when we asked for it.

"James ist ein guter Gastgeber, ich habe mich wohlgefühlt. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf den Hafen ist sehr schön. Es gab ein gutes Frühstück (nicht inklusive). Damit hätte ich nicht gerechnet. WLAN und Klimaanlage funktionierten gut."

In die Stadt (zum Abendessen u.ä.) sind es 15 zu Fuß auf steilen Straßen. Ich fand es seltsam, dass nirgendwo ein Schild mit dem Namen des Hotels steht. Aus der Dusche kam nur kaltes Wasser.

Es war alles sehr gut. In die Innenstadt fährt man 5 Minuten.

Ich war etwas erstaunt, dass man erst ab 9.00 Uhr am Morgen beim Frühstück Spiegel- oder Rührei bestellen konnte, da vorher niemand in der Küche war.

"Das Frühstück war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich sowie das Nachtessen. Die Häuschen gut ausgestattet und wir genossen die wunderbare Aussicht, egal ob Sonnenschein oder Regen. Es war sehr ruhig und erholsam. Nathalia und Ralph sind sehr liebe Gastgeber."

It is a little hard to find and it might not be a bad idea to have some instructions in thai for the driver, we spent a while locating it. Once found it was easy enough to find again.

"Wir waren 2 Wochen in der Unterkunft und haben uns sehr Wohlgefühlt. Das Apartment wurde alle 2 Tage sehr gründlich gereinigt und jedes Mal das Bett frisch bezogen. Uns wurde sogar angeboten ,dass unsere Wäsche kostenlos gewaschen wird. Sehr sehr nett. Den Pool konnten man bis spät abends nutzen und dieser wurde auch alle 2 Tage gründlich gereinigt. Die Küche hat alles zu bieten und ein Supermarkt ist direkt vor der Tür. Das Bett ist sehr groß und Mega bequem. Wird würden definitiv wiederkommen. In echt sieht alles viel schöner aus , als auf den Fotos."

Im Pool gibt es eine Düse, die eine starke saugkraft hat und mein Sohn hat sich dort etwas verletzt. Vllt könnte man darauf hinweisen, da es auch im flachen Bereich ist, wo die Kinder spielen.

"The rooms were spacious booked a family room had one double and one single. Was on ground floor first room as you enter building. The a/c was nice and cool it was on a fixed temp as no remote. TV was good with reception. Outside plenty of shops and restaurants. Dera and Gourmet and supermarket/bakery, fast food and other shops along the way. Rickshaws always available across the road. The big malls like ammana mall just a few minutes ride."

The only problem was that the toilet was the flat hole in ground the other rooms upstairs had the siting version but they were double rooms staff said we could change rooms and they will give us extra mattress but we liked the location of first room others had to go past reception.
