"Ich bekam ein gratis Upgrade auf ein Appartement, das sehr schön war, das Frühstück war sehr gut, die Hoteleigner freundlich, die Lage etwas abseits vom Ort ist auch gut. Am Abend beim Heimgehen muss man allerdings eine Taschenlampe mithaben."

Die Stiegen verfügen über kein Geländer und die Terrassen sind nur durch eine ca. 20cm hohe Steinumrandung gesichert. Für Kinder gefährlich.

"A fantastic experience! The guesthouse is in a great location in the heart of Brazzaville, surrounded by quiet residential areas. Most importantly, the rooms were very clean. "It is located in Dalian's CBD so everything is very close. It is around 500m to the subway, and around 2 km to the seaside with many attractions. The hotel looks good and feels good, it used to be a top hotel a few years back, but it's getting a bit older, however, still has its charm. You won't miss anything, you can conveniently pay by Visa/Mastercard at the reception and do not forget about the 400 RMB deposit."

Nothing at all. It's not a brand-new hotel, so it has experienced better days, however, still in decent condition.

"I've stayed at this place for over 20 years and it has always been reliable. It is clean, quiet, and safe. This is not luxury of course and the furniture might be from a few generations ago but it is practical and very very clean. There is a small kitchen to allow you to make coffee and other small dishes. For the price it is an excellent choice and the location is superb."

It would be nice if it would be able to heat the room a little bit more. Traditional places in Lima tend to not bother much with heating or air conditioning because the temperature usually stays the same at around the 60s

"Freundliche Nachbarschaft und sehr freundliche Angestellte. Bei Problemen wird geholfen. Kontakt war leicht möglich und es wurde schnell geholfen. Sehr schöne ruhige Lage und sonnige Umgebung. Super Kühlschank!!"

Die Wohnung war etwas lieblos eingerichtet. Viele Gegenstände waren beschädigt.

"Ich war leider nur eine Nacht hier. Die Cabaña mit Blick auf den Lago Masaya hat alles was man braucht- gute Klimaanlage, Küche, schönen Balkon mit Hängematte. Kurze Fahrt mit dem Bus, der fast vor der Haustür hält oder dem Taxi nach Masaya. Ich komme gerne wieder."

Water pressure on level 4 is not the best

"The room was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was very tasty with plenty of choice. Unfortunately the weather was not so good when we were there but there was a nice walkway down to the beach and a nice pool area and I would certainly come back and stay for longer in the summer when this hotel would really come into its own."

The staff member served us breakfast but as it was laid out as a buffet I think I'd rather have just helped ourselves. We were the only ones there so it felt a little strange having someone waiting around just in case we wanted an extra slice of break or cup of coffee.

"Very quiet area and very clean. The man who works in the office is very helpful."

Not really suitable without a car, it’s quite a steep walk up from Camp’s Bay and then have to walk through the basement car park to access the apartments. I found it quite expensive just for a studio compared to other accommodation I have used but Camps Bay is a more expensive area.

Beim Frühstück wäre etwas Abwechslung schön( zB mal etwas Obst oder ein Ei)

Leider ist das Hotel direkt an der Hauptstrasse und man hört in den Zimmern/am Pool jedes einzelne Auto/Motorrad vorbeirasen.

فقط هناك شيء واحد لم يعجبني واتمنى ان يعملو على تحسينه.. المفروض يضعوا كارت على الباب الذي يحتوي على عبارة ( عدم الازعاج او الرجاء تنظيف غرفتي) لاننا نضطر كل يوم لابلاغ الارسيبشن ان يقوموا بتنظيف الغرفة واذا نسينا فأنهم لا يقوموا بتنظيفها الا بطلب من الزبون

Taxi system in the country

"One word .....Fabulous !The apartments were spotless.The location was great and only a 15 minute walk to the shopping mall.The accommodation was well equipped and good sized.All the staff were very friendly and helpful.Will definitely stay here again when I visit Zambia again."

There was nothing to dislike.

Free Wi-Fi connection was sometimes unstable, especially during the evening.

Erste Linie ist es nicht wirklich. Das Meer und das Hotel trennt eine sehr belebte Straße. Das ist ein Hotel im Hotel. Die Riesengebäude werden von mehreren Verwaltungen betrieben. Es gab daher für uns kein Reception im gewohnten Sinne. Scheint allerdings eine Batumi-Spezialität zu sein.

"Das Appartement war geräumig und sauber. Heizung und Wasserdruck haben funktioniert. Das Gebäude wird gerade renoviert, auch in der unmittelbaren Umgebung finden Bauarbeiten statt. Abends und morgens haben wir nichts davon gehört. Das Frühstück war vor Ort deutlich günstiger als online angeboten. Das Buffet war sehr reichhaltig und frisch - jedenfalls eine klare Empfehlung."

Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass auf der booking.com Seite nicht angegeben war, dass der Bus, wegen der aktuellen Straßenbauarbeiten dort nicht halten kann und umgeleitet wird. Die angegebene Haltestelle existiert derzeit nicht. Ist kein Mangel des Hotels, hat uns aber ziemlich geärgert.
