Aparthotels auf Palau

"The place was very, very quiet (you only heard the rustling of th sea) and the view on the sea was extremely beautiful, one of the best sea views I ever saw (and I travelled a lot!). When I was there I also saw very many butterflies. The room was well equipped with fridge and tea facilities. The lady can make good meals. The village of Sauteurs is only half an hour walking from the place over a quiet road. Sauteurs is a little dull but has a certain Caribbean charm."

There is no airco. The cottages are on a slope, so sometimes you have to climb from your cottage to th reception and restaurant.

"We love the area, close to the ocean, the view is fantastic. We lived in Trou deau Douce 25 years ago at Valmarin. It was wonderful to be back and these apartments has so much potential, but unfortunately it’s not taking care of. The cleaning lady was very kind."

The apartments weren’t cleaned when we arrived. The underfloor apartment was full of black mold. The pool is not taking care of. No sunbeds. You could easily do a quick renovation, do some painting and take care of these apartments and it would be wonderful. Now we love this area and has lot of friends in Trou deau Douce so we wanted to stay there. We had no contact with the owners, they didn’t answer us, but the housekeeper/cleaning lady was nice and answered, she come and clean when we asked for it.

"1. die Ferienwohnung war ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Ofen , Bügeleisen- praktisch für eine Famile Dusche und Toilette sind getrennt. Es gab jeden Tag frische Pantoffeln. Uns wurde auch ein Wasserspender und Trinkwasserbehälter gebracht. 2. Der Pool war angenehm warm und meistens leer. 3. das Gym war zur Freude der Teenager gut ausgestattet 4. Der Kaffee im „Rebrew“ war sehr lecker. 5. Das Personal war immer freundlich und entgegenkommend, Die meisten konnten englisch sprechen 6. Parkplatz war vorhanden 7. Die Lage ist optimal um schnell in die Innenstadt aber auch nach Shunyi zu kommen. 8. Man kann zu 798, Wangjing und zur Indigo-Mall laufen. Ebenso ist das Internationale Krankenhaus Oasis fussläufig erreichbar."

Deutsche hätten gerne noch eine Kaffeemaschine.

"Все сподобалося! Місце розташування - далеко від шуму міста. Будиночки розташовани на достатній відстані один від одного, тому сусідів також не чути. Їжа - смачні сніданки і можливість замовити обід/вечерю прямо в будиночок. Затишок - камін і чан ❤️"

The only negative for me was the shower was a little small.

"Wir waren im Dezember in der Unterkunft im Appartement im ersten Stock mit Balkon und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben ein 1Jähriges Kind dabei gehabt und uns wurde ein Babybett und Hochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt. Mit dem Balkon oben war der Bereich auch sicher. Der näheste Strand ist Palm Beach. Man kann zum Strand laufen. Dennoch bietet sich auf Aruba ein Mietwagen an um die Insel zu sehen und die anderen wunderschönen Stränden. Vor Ort gibt es günstige Autovermietungen. Der Besitzer der Anlage, der auch dort wohnt hat uns diesbezüglich sehr unterstützt und geholfen. Bei jeglichen Fragen kann man sich an ihn wenden. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit."

"Mona was exceptionally helpful and communicated clearly to get me settled in. The room was spotlessly clean and the maid service kept it in excellent shape. The staff at the building were friendly and helpful, especially security who looked after our car,"

It is a little hard to find and it might not be a bad idea to have some instructions in thai for the driver, we spent a while locating it. Once found it was easy enough to find again.

"Nicht mehr ganz neue Unterkunft aber gut gepflegt. Gute Lage, gut zum Schnorcheln und in der Nähe der Haie und Stachelrochen. Wir haben auch eine Schildkröte und ein Adlerrochen gesehen."

In der Küche kann es ein wenig warm werden da nur der Schlafraum AC hat. Auf Anfrage haben sie uns sehr schnell einen Fan vorbeigeveacht.

Sehr enttäuschendes Frühstücksangebot, ein einziger Heizkörper in der Ecke des Wohnzimmers in einer 3 Schlafzimmerwohnung

"Wir waren 2 Wochen in der Unterkunft und haben uns sehr Wohlgefühlt. Das Apartment wurde alle 2 Tage sehr gründlich gereinigt und jedes Mal das Bett frisch bezogen. Uns wurde sogar angeboten ,dass unsere Wäsche kostenlos gewaschen wird. Sehr sehr nett. Den Pool konnten man bis spät abends nutzen und dieser wurde auch alle 2 Tage gründlich gereinigt. Die Küche hat alles zu bieten und ein Supermarkt ist direkt vor der Tür. Das Bett ist sehr groß und Mega bequem. Wird würden definitiv wiederkommen. In echt sieht alles viel schöner aus , als auf den Fotos."

Im Pool gibt es eine Düse, die eine starke saugkraft hat und mein Sohn hat sich dort etwas verletzt. Vllt könnte man darauf hinweisen, da es auch im flachen Bereich ist, wo die Kinder spielen.

"Check In und Out waren sehr unkompliziert und sehr schnell. Perfekt für einen kleinen Städtetrip, wenn man sich nicht mit viel Organisation auseinandersetzen möchte. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und hatte alles was ich benötigt hätte."

"The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful with directions to/from the property and allowing me to stay in the bar area until I went to the bus station in the evening."

The room was basic (ie basic bathroom, wardrobe, tv, no desk) and was in the process of being cleaned when I arrived, but then this could be reflected in the 'budget' cost I paid for the accommodation.

"Маючи веливий досвід відпочинку на курорті Ясна в районі Білого путі саме в цих апартаментах ми зупинялись перший раз. Розташування майже ідеальне, прям біля лижного схилу та двох витягів. Перебування в апартаметах було доволі комфортним. Власники апартаментів також є вланиками ресторану на першому поверсі. Вони дуже допомогали нам вирішувати всі наші проблеми та побажання."

Інвертар на кухні недостатній або за великим рахунком віджив своє та потребує оновлення.

We chose not to rent a car and found it difficult to get taxi drivers who wanted to bring us to the end of the street. We tipped well, people would give us their number and then not answer. Was not the condos fault but surprised at the taxi drivers

"Sehr freundlicher, am Wohl seiner Gäste orientierter Vermieter. Dimitris spricht fließend Deutsch. Herzliche Familien-Atmosphäre. Sehr sauberes, großzügiges Maisonette-Appartment (Nr.3), wohnlich, persönlich, ohne Firlefanz. Schöne Veranda. Anlage ruhig gelegen in zweiter Reihe zur Hauptstraße, Hanglage. Schöne Aussicht auf Gebirge. Gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück mit selbstgebackenen Körnerbrötchen (!). Ausgangslage für Wanderungen und Dorferkundungen perfekt. Eigener Parkplatz vorhanden. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Unsere 1. Adresse in Zaros, auch bei künftigen Aufenthalten."

"The rooms were spacious booked a family room had one double and one single. Was on ground floor first room as you enter building. The a/c was nice and cool it was on a fixed temp as no remote. TV was good with reception. Outside plenty of shops and restaurants. Dera and Gourmet and supermarket/bakery, fast food and other shops along the way. Rickshaws always available across the road. The big malls like ammana mall just a few minutes ride."

The only problem was that the toilet was the flat hole in ground the other rooms upstairs had the siting version but they were double rooms staff said we could change rooms and they will give us extra mattress but we liked the location of first room others had to go past reception.

"Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sehr gut klimatisiert. Die Austattung ist zwar etwas angeschlagen, aber alle notwendige ist vorhanden und funktioniert. Das WLAN im Zimmer und in der Lobby ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist absolut in Ordnung"

Die Lage und die Umgebung des Hotels ist nicht sonderlich toll.
