"Das Apartment ist ruhig etwas ausserhalb gelegen, aber mit der 150 m weiter haltenden Strassenbahn ist man fix im Zentrum Dublins. Die Räumlichkeiten sind grosszügig und gut eingerichtet. Mit der Küche kann man sich auch gut selbst versorgen. Wir fanden es sehr angenehm, dass das 2. Schlafzimmer über ein eigenes Bad verfügte."

"* Ich bewohnte ein Appartement im 7. Stock mit Ostblick und hatte dadurch einige Sonnenaufgänge zu bestaunen * die Matratze ist sehr weich, aber mir ist das lieber als zu hart * Dusche mit heißen Wasser und gutem Wasserdruck * Schreibtisch, Esstisch sowie ein Sofa mit Couchtisch machten es gemütlich * Küche mit allem ausgestattet um auch selbst kochen zu können * die Lage ist perfekt, in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend, mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man schnell im Zentrum und auch am Flughafen, Supermarkt um die Ecke * Frühstück mit Buffet - Preis/Leistung super, von allem etwas! * eigenständiger Check in für eine späte Anreise ideal"

* Laute Geräusche durch lNachbarn aus nebenan liegendem Zimmer, zum Glück nur einmal wirklich störend. Eine einheitliche Nachtruhe könnte dieses Problem vielleicht lösen . * leider war die Dachterrasse zu meiner Zeit nicht geöffnet, wahrscheinlich ein Winterthema

"Breakfast was very good. Location was ideal, in the centre for restaurants etc. Area felt very safe in the evening,"

Key card for lift was problematic. Lounge was a litle sparsely furnished.

"The staff were really kind and helpful. And they never even expect to be tipped. We wanted to tip the girl who was so helpful to us throughout our stay but there was nobody there on the day we left because our flight was too early."

Das Personal war auch super freundlich und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Ich konnte leider erst einen Tag später anreisen wegen einem Fulgausfall. Und die erste Nacht haben sie mir garnicht berechnet. Immer wieder gern wenn ich da bin Top Team."

Das wlan war sehr hackelig und funktioniert eher schlecht. Aber das war jetzt kein großer Minuspunkt.

"It is located in Dalian's CBD so everything is very close. It is around 500m to the subway, and around 2 km to the seaside with many attractions. The hotel looks good and feels good, it used to be a top hotel a few years back, but it's getting a bit older, however, still has its charm. You won't miss anything, you can conveniently pay by Visa/Mastercard at the reception and do not forget about the 400 RMB deposit."

Nothing at all. It's not a brand-new hotel, so it has experienced better days, however, still in decent condition.

"Super Parken, sehr guter Standort vom Hotel, es war mit Lift einfach in das Zimmer zu kommen, Wi-Fi war super, die Standt Stadt war sehr schön, in der Nähe gab es genug Supermärkte und Läden. Auf bitte wurde uns sogar ein Bügeleisen gegeben."

"Used as a night stop over before catching ferry next day. Midway between airport and ferry port. Room had everything required, was clean and having bar and restaurant on roof is a nice thing as not much else is around in the area. Staff were attentive."

There were small irritations. TV on arrival was not working but sorted after a message to hotel. Signage to bar restaurant is incorrect should be removed. Took a while before being advised of alternative entry point. Check out process could had been more efficient. Taxi driver ended up paying cash for me as lady with card machine not available

"El hotel en general es muy bonito, y la piscina está muy Bien: Mis chamos no querían salir de la piscina, en especial por el pequeño "Parque" acuático que tienen en las instalaciones de la piscina. Las piscinas las mantienen muy Bien limpias, incluso fuimos testigos de la limpieza exhaustiva que realizaron a la piscina de niños. El personal de mantenimiento le damos un buen "pulgar arriba". Se nos daño la cerradura y la cambiaron Al mismo momento en el que lo reportamos, a pesar de que tenían "various casos de emergencia" que necesitaban atender. Muy bien por El líder de mantenimiento."

El desayuno fue un desastre. Cuando llegamos nos asignaron una muchacha para hacerle seguimiento a nuestra "experiencia" en El hotel y nos dijo: "El desayuno es a la Carta, así que no hay que preocuparse". La verdad es que solo habían 3 tipos de desayuno y eran sumamente estrictos (no se podía cambiar pan por arepa por ejemplo). La Carta decía "huevos Al gusto", sin embargo no había huevos hervidos. A la final nos lo prepararon (porque Les explicamos que eran para Los niños) no sin antes mostrar una cara de desacuerdo y "volteada de ojos" no muy agradable. Por otro lado, El hotel estaba casi full (hecho corroborado por Los mismos administradores / trabajadores del hotel), y la disponibilidad de mesas era escasa, en incluso se hacían colas, especialmente, cerca de la hora de cierre del restaurant (10a.m.). Como especialistas en Gerencia e Ingeniería de costos, entendemos claramente que el objetivo de servir "desayunos a la Carta", es tratar de bajar costos (no toman en consideración que bajar costos en la situación de ocupación en la que se encontraban significa incrementar estrés a su personal y al turista), sin embargo eso se puede hacer con El hotel a poca ocupación (quizas igual o menor Al 30-40%) no con el hotel a 80% de ocupación. La mejor manera de manejar la comida con dicha ocupación, es preparar desayunos tipo Buffett. Se lo hicimos saber a la Gerente encargada del restaurant, sin embargo la misma no recibió la sugerencia de buenas maneras.

"Everything! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and go out their way to never say no! Management was very accommodating and visible. The room looked much better than the pictures and was very clean. All the amenities necessary was provided in the room with a bonus plate of chocolates. The bed was comfortable! Overall, the Anne guest house was outstanding! There is honestly not enough space for me to write all the compliments I have for this guest house."

The tv in the room is small and the tv options are limited in the room but it is not something that makes me not want to come back. I will definitely return.

"Das Zimmer ist sehr, sehr schön und ansprechend eingerichtet sowie sauber. Man hat einen direkten Zugang zum Garten, was sehr schön ist. Das Fruehstueck wird direkt an das Zimmer serviert."

Das Personal im Restaurant könnte aufmerksamer und freundlicher sein; die Bestellung des Fruehstuecks klappt nicht immer sehr gut; Wenn die Lodge gut belegt ist, sind die Zimmer recht hellhörig und man hört sehr deutlich die Gäste über einem. ES ist sehr negativ aufgefallen, dass es in der Bar&Restaurant keinen Kaffee oder andere Getränke zwischen ca. 9.-11 Uhr gibt; ich musste mit Gesprächspartnern, die mich im Pili Pili besucht haben, in ein 1 km entferntes Cafe fahren.

DiebKüchenausstattung ist eher dürftig. Geschirr ist aber ausreichend vorhanden.

Not really suitable without a car, it’s quite a steep walk up from Camp’s Bay and then have to walk through the basement car park to access the apartments. I found it quite expensive just for a studio compared to other accommodation I have used but Camps Bay is a more expensive area.
