I can't fault anything in this bungalow

"Die Unterkunft war perfekt für uns! Man hat wirklich alles was man braucht und noch viel mehr! Bei unserem Apartment war sogar ein eigenes Pool inkludiert, wir waren mehr als zufrieden! Wir wurden vom Flughafen abgeholt und auch wieder hingebracht. Egal welche Fragen oder Wünsche wir hatten, uns wurde bei allem problemlos geholfen. Wir können die Unterkunft wirklich nur weiterempfehlen. Wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden wärmstens empfangen."

Gute Kommunikation über WhatsApp. Gute Tipps. Auch für Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität geeignet. Offener Kamin. Organisation eines preisgünstigen Shuttle."

"Nice and cozy log cabins, good location, quiet and clean. Shower drain clogged - reception staff immediately came and fixed. Transport to the slopes on time, fast and comfortable. Restaurant amazing food, service was a bit slow but no rush in holiday isn’t it ? Good pricing too. ( half price or even more comparing to a meal at a proper restaurant in uk - not Weatherspoons ) Cheaper than Romania comparing to what resort has to offer in Borovets than Poiana Brasov."

Heating was difficult to set in the upstairs bedroom - either too hot either cold. Would love to see some attention to the small details and some improvements with the heating.

"Wunderbare Lage im Wald. Wir haben uns in der Einsamkeit sehr sicher gefühlt. Lucindo und seine Frau Marie sind wunderbare , liebevolle Gastgeber. Marie kocht mit Herz leckere Gerichte die auf dem.Motorrad am Abend gebracht werden. Unkomplizierte Organisation von Touren und Transport wenn gewünscht. Portugiesische oder spanische Sprachkenntnisse sind nötig. Roça Lucindo ist eine einfache Art ein gutes Gespür für Principe zu bekommen."

Me gustaría que hubiera cámara de seguridad en la parte de afuera, que es donde quedan los vehículos.

"Chalet confortable et très bien équipé, déco avec beaucoup de charme, vue incroyable pour un séjour très tranquille en lisière de forêt. Très belle location!"

Accès piéton un peu raide pour monter les bagages mais c'est le prix de la tranquillité

"The chalet was a real dream and perfect escape from our busy lives. Situated in magical countryside with a beautiful pond and a view of wildlife including deer. Inside the cabin we had everything we needed for a cosy evening after a day of hiking. And the host was the sweetest kindest lady 😊"

Das einzige was es zu bemängeln gab, das keine Handtücher vorhanden waren. Es gab kein Hinweis das diese nicht mit inbegriffen ist bzw diese gegen Aufpreis erhältlich sind. Leider war es auch etwas staubig und einiges an vorhandene Geschirr sehr klebrig. Dafür gibt's es aber Hände was somit schnell behoben werden könnte. Das ist aber Kritisieren auf hohem Niveau......Wie gesagt es sind wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten. Dennoch würde diese Unterkunft jeden empfehlen.👍🙂

"Good Wifi. The property was large, with three upstairs bedrooms, two bathrooms, downstairs kitchen and sitting areas as shown on Booking.Com. There was a parking space allocated for guests on the road."

When we arrived there was no heating. This was turned on virtually after we contacted the host, but then stopped working. This did not warm the property which is a big space and all tiled floors. There was also no hot water. The gateman was sent to fix the water but we had to call the host to get him back 3 times, as it was still not working. The gateman then said he was going to sleep and walked out on us leaving us with no hot water. We were told to wait 30 min and there would be hot water but we had no hot water in the evening or early morning. By 10.30 there was luke warm water. We used kettles of warm water to shower. We slept in our thermals, clothes plus gloves/scarves . The place is very poorly maintained with many fixtures broken, the property was also dirty especially the kitchen. There were only 4 mugs, one chipped and one with a hole in the side. Plates were covered in food and not washed. The cutlery was very dirty. No lights worked over the dining room table. Only one hand wash in the downstairs toilet, and one shampoo between the two bathrooms upstairs, the listing stated toiletries provided. Towels were dirty and stained, plus holes on bedding, chairs, and pillow cases. This is the worst place we have ever stayed at and IS NOT SUITABLE FOR A WINTER STAY. No fire lighter was left. The owner is virtual and sends a gateman so I am not sure the owner is aware of the state of the property. We reached out upon returning to the UK via Booking.com to put in a complaint and Booking.com confirmed the host wold not provide any compensation instead Booking.com apologised on behalf of the property.

Есть все необходимое для кухни и приготовления еды, в том числе летняя кухня на улице. 4. 2 полноценные двуспальные кровати в разных комнатах 5. Отличный пляж, чтобы прогуляться и побегать. 6. Парковка 7. Близость к достопримечательностям на юге 8. В 10 мин езды супермаркет."

1. Не работал телевизор ( обещали заменить у след постояльцам) 2. Пляж не пригоден для купания. Практически всегда отлив. 3. Для проживания в вилле нужно авто.

"Die Lodge steht etwas versteckt im Wald. Sehr ruhig. Das Ambiente hat uns gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung ist rustikal. In der kleinen Küche ist alles da was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Betten waren bequem. Parken direkt vor der Haustüre. Auf der kleinen Veranda steht eine Tischgruppe. Kommunikation mit Vermieter war gut. Vor der Anreise wurde ein Video geschickt mit Infos zur Lodge."

"Die Unterkunft ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und daher ist nicht alles im Topzustand. Trotzdem lässt es sich dort gut für ein paar Tage wohnen. Als Ausgangspunkt für Fahrten nach Kingston ist es fast zu weit entfernt, da man ca. 50 Minuten fährt. Ganz toll ist die Gartenanlage, in der man auch Kolibris sehen kann. Auch das in der Unterkunft zubereitete Frühstück ist super. Beides verdankt man dem äußerst hilsbereiten und netten Personal."
