"Das Bad wurde in die Hütte integriert und das war sehr schön. Es gab einen herzlichen Empfang und auch zum Abschied. Sehr gute Küchenausstattung. Liebevoll eingerichtet!"

"Die phänomenale Lage der Lodge auf einen ruhigen weitläufigem Gelände. Die Cottage bestehen aus 2 Räumen, einem Schlafzimmer und einem offenen Wohnzimmer. Von diesem aus man bequem Tiere beobachten kann. Die gesamte Ausstattung ist gehoben und schön anzusehen. Die Mitarbeiter allesamt freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Küche hervorragend. Die touren sind einmalig, unser Guide Imms hat ein enormes Wissen, gepaart mit Witz ist er für uns der perfekte Guide . Wir haben viele Tiere gesehen, Löwen gesucht und herrliche Sundowner genossen."

Da gibt es Nix zu meckern außer dass die Tage viel zu schnell vergehen.

"Tolle Lage, direkt am Meer mit Karibikfeeling! Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal und auch für Familien eine schöne Anlaufstelle. Geräumiges Apartment."

Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und den Küchenutensilien würde eine Erneuerung nicht schaden. (Stumpfe Messer etc.)

"Die Unterkunft war perfekt für uns! Man hat wirklich alles was man braucht und noch viel mehr! Bei unserem Apartment war sogar ein eigenes Pool inkludiert, wir waren mehr als zufrieden! Wir wurden vom Flughafen abgeholt und auch wieder hingebracht. Egal welche Fragen oder Wünsche wir hatten, uns wurde bei allem problemlos geholfen. Wir können die Unterkunft wirklich nur weiterempfehlen. Wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden wärmstens empfangen."

"Lovely atmosphere and had all the facilities we needed. It was dark when we arrived making it a bit difficult to find however we managed to contact the manager and were guided to the property. There was no restaurant or cafe within walking distance but the young man who welcomed us went out of his way to go and get dinner and bring it back for us. A peaceful and comfortable stay. I would recommend this place."

There was no signpost on the main road to give directions. Not so bad during the day but necessary at night.

"Nice and cozy log cabins, good location, quiet and clean. Shower drain clogged - reception staff immediately came and fixed. Transport to the slopes on time, fast and comfortable. Restaurant amazing food, service was a bit slow but no rush in holiday isn’t it ? Good pricing too. ( half price or even more comparing to a meal at a proper restaurant in uk - not Weatherspoons ) Cheaper than Romania comparing to what resort has to offer in Borovets than Poiana Brasov."

Heating was difficult to set in the upstairs bedroom - either too hot either cold. Would love to see some attention to the small details and some improvements with the heating.

"Die Familie war sehr gastfreundlich. Es gab viel zum Staunen, da das ganze Haus und der Garten mit der Kunst von Gocha liebevoll gestaltet ist. Wein und Essen waren sehr gut, auch für Vegetarier! Ich kann die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!"

"Loved the complimentary larger water, loads of tea & coffee, the host was super friendly, the bungalow was very comfortable & clean."

Nothing wrong with the bungalow, a bit noisy at night, dogs cats. Fully understand can’t be helped

"Chalet confortable et très bien équipé, déco avec beaucoup de charme, vue incroyable pour un séjour très tranquille en lisière de forêt. Très belle location!"

Accès piéton un peu raide pour monter les bagages mais c'est le prix de la tranquillité

"This is a place where everything works -- gas, electric, water. Enough pots and pans for everyone. We enjoyed the stay. The place was clean, sheets were clean, towels and soap present, and there was working cleaning tools to keep the place clean. The host had thought of everything. The WiFi was superb. And the park outside is well-maintained and enjoyable."

A work desk was missed. Indoor parking not available, but the are is quite safe and secure.

"Wir bedanken uns bei der Verwaltung und persönlich bei Mukhortov Yuri für die Organisation eines wunderbaren Urlaubs in "Dobrom Dom". Wir haben viele schöne Eindrücke und positive Emotionen von der außergewöhnlichen Natur um uns herum erhalten! Alles ist wunderschön, und wir mochten alles: schneeweiße Berge, saubere Luft, sowie freundliche Verwalter. Wir würden gerne immer wieder hierher zurückkommen!"

"Unser Aufenthalt war wundervoll. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Man bekommt immer sehr schnelle eine Antwort. Es war eine außergewöhnlich schöne Erfahrung dort Gast zu sein. Es ist eine traumhafte Atmosphäre und die Lage ist genial. Von dort beginnen etliche Wanderwege. Wir waren überaus zufrieden und empfehlen es zu 100 Prozent. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker! Vielen lieben Dank für die Gastfreundschaft! Wir wurden sogar in Zabljak abgeholt. Danke und hoffentlich können wir irgendwann wiederkommen!"

"Angebote rund um das Haus sind toll: Sauna und Quad fahren. Das Haus generell schön gebaut und sehr modern."

Ausstattung in der Küche war etwas spärlich, gerade Kochbesteck hat gefehlt. Bei einer Vollbelegung wird es auch mit den Tellern und Stühlen beim Essen sehr eng. Zum Pizzaofen gab es auch kein Schieber dazu.
