There were 2 ladies at the reception - one of them was exceptionally kind, the other one was passive aggressive and rude (I only talked to her on the phone).

Nur Kleinigkeiten wie eine schwergängige Badezimmertür, ein krümeliger Boden bei Ankunft und eine schwächelnde Herdplatte (alles kaum der Rede wert), allerdings hätten wir uns etwas mehr proaktive Informationen zur Ausstattung und Abläufen gewünscht. Die Vermieter haben jedoch immer zügig auf unsere Fragen via Whatsapp geantwortet. Wir empfehlen diesen Ort wärmstens weiter.

Die Türschlösser funktionieren nicht gut - aber mir wurde sofort geholfen und sogar ein größeres Zimmer mit privatem Bad angeboten. Die Vermieterin ist super hilfsbereit. Nur die Betten sind etwas zu weich und das Wlan funktioniert nicht ganz zuverlässig.

"Ein Freudlicher und zuvorkommender Besitzer, ich wurde pünktlich vom Flughafen abgeholt. Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr geräumig. Das Frühstück umfangreich ich habe mich insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt."

"After being welcomed at the jetty we received a wet towel, tasty sandwiches and a refreshing drink. The staff was super friendly and we also liked the island, the room and the breakfast. We got water every day and beach towels."

The shower is open, so the bathroom gets wet every time you shower.

I did not like that there were no mats on the bedroom floor or kitchen. No dish soap, no hands soap, no paper towel or even a kitchen towel. I been to one air BNB and two hotels and only blue star provided nothing for their guests. I was shocked but it is what it is. I learnt so I know now what to expect should I book it against. All in all it was a great stay and a beautiful place.

The guesthouse is only a 5 min walk to a lovely restaurant and another 5 mins to centre of town yet it’s so peaceful. Room was very clean and comfortable with great aircon. A lounge area is available with tea/coffee, fridge and microwave. Lovely outdoor seating area. I highly recommend this beautiful guesthouse."

"Es ist wunderbar ruhig, liegt an einer Sackgasse am nördlichem Ende von Máncora.(Der Strandbereich den ich viel schöner und ruhiger als den Hauptstrand finde). Das Zimmer ist geräumig, mit eigenem Kühlschrank und einem riesigem Bett. Es war recht heiß,aber nicht schlimm. Man bekommt Frühstück serviert,dann wenn man will."

es fehlt eine gewisse Weite, da es sich um eine recht kleine "Anlage" handelt

"Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis in einem unglaublich prachtvollem Haus aus dem 18. Jh. architektonischen ein Schmuckstück. Allerdings auch der generellen Zustand aus der Zeit, nie renoviert, entsprechend unkomfortabel, Bad, WC siehe Fotos, Zimmertür nicht versperrbar., nicht sehr hygienisch. Handtuch und Leintuch als Deckenüberzug bekam ich auf Anfrage. Für Abenteuerlustige, die das nicht stört ein Traum, für Menschen, die ein bequemes Hotel bevorzugen nicht geeignet. Freundlicher Besitzer, konnte Motorrad im Foyer abstellen. Lage super in der Medina. Beste Zimmerwahl ist Zweibettzimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbad, sehr schön und besserer Zustand als die anderen."

"Felex, Asinja and the kids were so welcoming! They cook delicious food with local produce. Felex is always up for a chat and coordinating a wonderful community project in the village. It’s a simple room but basic amenities, but a truly unique experience."

"If you are more a visitor then a tourist, if you like exploring and going further when comfortable tourism ends, this place is for you. The authenticity, genuine friendliness and welcoming hearts of the people of the community made this stay incredibly unique and one of the best experiences of my life. When staying here one can get closer to locals, animals, cultural sights, traditions, local way of life, nature and the PNG culture in general then in any other accommodation. The PNGFE made my stay very comfortable and made me experience local life and the raw nature of PNG!!"

"Wir waren zwei Nächte in diesem Homestay. Chhotaram und seine ganze Familie sind super lieb und haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Man wohnt in traditionellen Lehmhütten und bekommt den Alltag der Familie authentisch und hautnah mit. Wir haben so viel gelernt über das Leben hier und sind sehr dankbar über all die Einblicke und Gespräche. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Kochkurs mit Mamta und Leyla! Das hat richtig Spaß gemacht! "Das Quartier war schön ruhig. Der Sitzplatz vor dem Haus mit der Morgensonne war mein persönliches Highlight. Die Betten waren bequem."

Die Wohnung hat kaum Aussicht. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört für 1 Nacht.

"Marianne, værten, kom helt ud på vejen og tog imod mig, jeg blev budt på saft og der var tid til en hyggelig snak. Det er et fint sted med tekøkken, opholdsstue og skøn altan. Kommer gerne igen🤗"

Der er ikke noget dårligt at sige om dette sted, det skulle da lige være at der er dårlig internet dækning.

"Sympathischer Familienbetrieb. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig, der Außenbereich liebevoll gestaltet und gemütlich. Die Lage ist zwar ein bisschen ab vom Schuss, hat aber den Vorteil, dass es ruhiger ist als im Ortskern. Man kann in der Unterkunft zu einem fairen Preis Fahrräder leihen. Gleich ums Eck gibt es schöne Fahrradstrecken durch die Reisfelder."
