"Die Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Strandes, im Umfeld gibt es viele Restaurants, Bars und Geschäfte. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Minuten . Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, es ist sehr gemütlich und man fühlt sich wohl. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, so das man sich Essen kochen kann, Fernando ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, auf Wunsch hat er auch meine Wäsche mitgewaschen. Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt, Danke für die schöne Zeit."

Das Zimmer ist für 2 Personen ziemlich klein.

"The view was absolutely stunning, and the service was truly excellent — the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The kitchen was very well-equipped with all the necessary appliances, which made everything so convenient. We also loved the swing and theres free horse riding experience provided. it was such a unique and enjoyable touch."

The only minor downsides were that the jacuzzi water wasn’t hot during our stay, and there were quite a number of bugs at night, so it was a bit difficult to sit outside for long. Overall, though, it was a wonderful experience and we really enjoyed our time there.

"That’s amazing studio flat in a very nice hotel. It is sad that is sharing apartment, but you don’t share anything. You have your private bathroom, washing machine, private kitchen, private balcony, the only thing you share is one door to get to your flat. There are food shops and restaurants all around. Tram and bus stops very close. Metro station is about 1 km away, but you can take tram to get there, it takes two stops. Apartment was clean, nice clean white sheets, clean good towel, shampoo and hair conditioner. Security downstairs so you feel absolutely safe. Location is good for taking a walk by the marina to see yachts and a wonderful view to all buildings around. Wi-fi was good."

There is nothing in the kitchen, no spoons, no forks, no cups, no plates, absolutely empty. I had to buy a cup just to make coffee. Had to wait host for 1,5 hour. The main things to see are far away from the property, you need to take metro and ride 10-15 stops to see burj khalifa, the frame, future museum and ect. At least it’s one line. There was bad smell in the kitchen (can’t understand where it was coming from) had to keep balcony’s door open all the time. Very noisy street outside, cars and trams traffic all the time.

"Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr gut (u.a. Wasserkocher, scharfe Messer und Toaster), ich habe nichts vermisst. Die Busanbindung ins Stadtzentrum war super (drei verschiedene Buslinien in 15- bis 30-minütiger Taktung unter der Woche) und dank des ausführlichen Infohefts im Zimmer wussten wir auch, dass die Stadtbusse kostenlos sind. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und ließ sich gut abdunkeln (wichtig für Leute, die von der Mitternachtssonne am Schlafen gehindert werden würden)."

Die Außentür ließ sich mit dem Schlüssel zwar auf-, aber nicht zusperren. Die Parkplätze direkt am Haus waren recht eng, sodass wir lieber draußen an der Straße geparkt haben. Das Haus war sehr hellhörig.

"🇱🇰🥰 Guesthouse mit sauberem Zimmer und tollem Frühstück bei einer sehr netten Familie. Bindu hat sich super um alles gekümmert und uns zum Tempel in Buduruwagalla gefahren und dort auf uns gewartet. Im Garten der Familie wohnt Martin, mit dem wir uns stundenlang unterhalten haben. Vielen Dank, gerne wieder."

"Very helpful owner, Jose. He was very kind and welcoming throughout our stay. We also had access to a fully equipped kitchen, which was extremely convenient and made our stay much more comfortable. Only 15 min. away from skiing resort Romme Alpin. Highly recommended!"

"Beautiful house and garden. Lot of trees. Nice pool. Room was comfortable. Back up generator for powercuts was great. Quiet area, close to the sea. Nice owner."

When arrive, bed sheets were used. We needed to change them ourselves. No cleaning servise. The mainhouse kitchen was only allowed for small cooking like eggs. If wanted to cook food, needed to go outside kitchen. There was no fan or pots, all needed to take there from main kitchen. Very unconvinient and hot to cook there. We were accused from staff and other customer stealing her mobile. Phone was found in her room where she had put it under her blanket. That really upset us. Owners were nice thou and apologize us.

"This is an excellent small guesthouse and the hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and comfortable. The area is very quiet and Bahir Dar is one of the most beautiful cities in Africa. The hosts, Ashenafi and Habtamu, showed us around and made us feel very welcome."

This is a new guesthouse and they are still getting all the facitilties that a western tourist would expect, but everything important was there including shower, cooking facilities, chairs and tables in the patio and a barbeque!

"中式早餐以稀飯為主食，另有吐司果醬可以選擇，豐富配菜及紅烏龍茶飲、鮮奶，吃到飽。 民宿最棒的就是提供洗衣機、烘乾機，讓出外多天的旅人可以清洗一些髒衣服，超方便的、大推；房間面窗可看到花東縱谷美景，距離鹿野高台車程10分鐘很近，地點絕佳，民宿還免費出借腳踏車可以漫遊鹿野，可惜這次來不及使用到。 入住前最擔心的吃飯問題，民宿附近有草仔粿、紅豆餅(下午)，晚餐可以吃附近路口轉彎處的猛爸爸快炒，或到鹿野車站旁吃合菜，都不踩雷、好吃。"

Dumbea sur Mer is basically a boring suburb of McMansion houses and a shopping mall.

"Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Transfer von/zum Flughafen hat super geklappt. Die Unterkunft liegt nah an einer Bushaltestelle, perfekt für die Westseite/Strand oder nach Victoria mit dem Bus. Sehr gutes WLAN ! Sehr sauberes Zimmer/Bett. Super Preis für Seychelles."

Die Unterkunft liegt leider direkt an der Straße, mein Zimmer lag direkt neben der Straße. Die steile Zufahrt zur Unterkunft ist nicht empfehlenswert mit Mietwagen.

Un poco la recepción y no saber que hacer o no hacer. Nunca vi a mi host.

"Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit – besonders hervorheben möchte ich Claudia, die sich sehr um mein Wohlbefinden bemüht hat. Mir hat außerdem sehr gefallen, dass man mit den Gastgebern zusammenlebt, was eine besonders persönliche und herzliche Atmosphäre schafft."

Das Zimmer ist recht hellhörig, sodass man Geräusche aus den anderen Zimmern deutlich mitbekommt. Außerdem wird viel Wert darauf gelegt, das Zimmer direkt bei Ankunft zu bezahlen, allerdings ist keine Kreditkartenzahlung möglich. Wenn man vom Flughafen kommt, muss man daher zunächst in die Stadt fahren, um Bargeld abzuheben, was etwas umständlich ist.

Es war uns nicht klar, welche Sachen der Küche man benutzen darf, weil man in der gleichen Küche kochen wollte, wie die Familie vor Ort.

"Если исходить, что это буджетный вариант и не ожидать от него условий отеля 4-5*, то это отличный вариант: в любое время заселят, в любое время можно уехать, в любое время встретят/ проводят из аэропорта, рядом с аэропортом, приятные хозяева, интернет. Останавливался на две по полночи, получилось идеально: прилетел/помылся/поспал/посмотрел город/помылся/поспал/улетел."
