Längerer Aufenthalt

"That’s amazing studio flat in a very nice hotel. It is sad that is sharing apartment, but you don’t share anything. You have your private bathroom, washing machine, private kitchen, private balcony, the only thing you share is one door to get to your flat. There are food shops and restaurants all around. Tram and bus stops very close. Metro station is about 1 km away, but you can take tram to get there, it takes two stops. Apartment was clean, nice clean white sheets, clean good towel, shampoo and hair conditioner. Security downstairs so you feel absolutely safe. Location is good for taking a walk by the marina to see yachts and a wonderful view to all buildings around. Wi-fi was good."

There is nothing in the kitchen, no spoons, no forks, no cups, no plates, absolutely empty. I had to buy a cup just to make coffee. Had to wait host for 1,5 hour. The main things to see are far away from the property, you need to take metro and ride 10-15 stops to see burj khalifa, the frame, future museum and ect. At least it’s one line. There was bad smell in the kitchen (can’t understand where it was coming from) had to keep balcony’s door open all the time. Very noisy street outside, cars and trams traffic all the time.

"Die Pension ist sehr sauber und in der Stadtnähe. Der Eigentümer ist ein sehr freundlicher alter Mann und das check in war sehr angenehm. Die Zimmer sind groß und Betten sehr gemütlich. Parkplätze vor der Türe sind vorhanden. Für eine Übernachtung war es sehr angenehm."

Man muss das Bad und WC mit 2 anderen Zimmern teilen. Es ist keine Klimaanlage vorhanden sondern nur ein Ventilator.

"Chez Fabien on n'a pas l'impression d'être des locataires, mais des amis accueillis à bas ouverts. Fabien veille à tout, à la propreté, au bien être. Il conseille sur les promenades à faire, sur les choses à faire et à voir."

Tout était vraiment parfait. Si nous devons repartir en Guyane nous savons où aller.

"Parkplatz vor der Tür. 5 Minuten zum See. Absolut ruhig gelegen und weg vom Trubel am See und trotzdem schnell drin. Die Unterkunft ist einfach eingerichtet und hat alles für meine Bedürfnisse. Bett für mich sehr bequem."

Dumbea sur Mer is basically a boring suburb of McMansion houses and a shopping mall.

"Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Karl et Wanda. Ce sont des personnes accueillantes, généreuses et authentiques, toujours prêtes à partager leur culture, les lieux à découvrir et la gastronomie locale. Le logement est très bien situé pour découvrir l’île et surtout Quel bonheur de prendre son café avec une vue aussi magnifique… Merci à Karl et Wanda !"

"The property has a very good location, you can ski to the center and to the foot of the mountain. It is very clean and spacious, we booked two apartments and we are very satisfied with them. Wifi is okay, it works nicely. There’s parking and kitchen and two bathrooms and a toilet in those two apartments."

The owner was with us at the house, and he wanted to help us with the snow around our cars, but we didn’t always feel comfortable around him. He was cheerful and kind man sometimes, but sometimes he made unnecessary comments which were not needed in this type of situation since we are the guests there.

"Unsere Vermieterin war wirklich supernett, die Wohnung hatte alles an Ausstattung was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Die Wohnung war absolut sauber und gepflegt. Es ist zentral gelegen mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurant in der Nähe. Vielen lieben Dank. Jederzeit gerne zur."

man darf nicht mit seinen Badelatschen in die Dusche, aber die zur Verfügung gestellten Badelatschen sahen aus als hätten sie 9000 Vorbesitzer. Evtl. gut zum Pilze züchten oder so.. bin dann lieber garnicht duschen gegangen

"Malaki and his family were great hosts! Very helpful and friendly. Sorted out lots of things for us with no fuss, even though we booked last minute and had limited planning. We had some good laughs! Good view of volcano, and hear the rumbling! Simple and authentic ni-Van accommodation."

Malaki still had a few things to finish... eg switching for solar lights and some plumbing... but we were 2nd guests, so it will be more complete for next guests

"The view was absolutely stunning, and the service was truly excellent — the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The kitchen was very well-equipped with all the necessary appliances, which made everything so convenient. We also loved the swing and theres free horse riding experience provided. it was such a unique and enjoyable touch."

The only minor downsides were that the jacuzzi water wasn’t hot during our stay, and there were quite a number of bugs at night, so it was a bit difficult to sit outside for long. Overall, though, it was a wonderful experience and we really enjoyed our time there.

Als ik persé iets zou moeten noemen, is het het ontbreken van een kraan en wasbak in het keukenblok. Creatief met afwassen, door vullen van de aanwezige teil met de waterkoker, die je in de badkamer met een kommetje moet vullen, omdat hij niet onder de kraan past 😁 Maar goed, ik vond het zelf gewoon prima zo.

"Von der Haupstrasse geht eine Naturstrasse zur Unterkunft, welche kein Schild hat. Netter Empfang von Monica und ihren zwei kleinen Kindern. Ich hatte ein einfaches drei Bett Zimmer ohne Mosquitonetz. Könnte mir nicht vorstellen zu zweit/dritt dort zu sein, viel zu eng/klein. Ich bekam einen Kübel um meine Wäsche zu waschen und konnte sie draussen aufhängen. Super köstliches, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Gutes Abendessen. Im nahen Gorilla Sip Garten Restaurant gibt's guten Kaffee und Kuchen."

Nach dem Duschen ist das kleine Bad/WC nass. Unbedingt Aufhängehacken und Regal anbringen. Keine Mosquitonetze. Man kriegt keinen Schlüssel für das Tor, muss lange klopfen bis jemand öffnet.
