Nothing. She was superb. The stay was in a remote location. But if you have a car, it is still accessible

"This is an excellent small guesthouse and the hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and comfortable. The area is very quiet and Bahir Dar is one of the most beautiful cities in Africa. The hosts, Ashenafi and Habtamu, showed us around and made us feel very welcome."

This is a new guesthouse and they are still getting all the facitilties that a western tourist would expect, but everything important was there including shower, cooking facilities, chairs and tables in the patio and a barbeque!

"Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Es ist ein Projekt, das aufgebaut wird in Eigenleistung. Das Zimmer ist im Familienhaus mit Geminschaftsküche mit den anderen Gästezimmern."

Es wirkt noch ein bisschen provisorisch.

"Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig in einer Wohnsiedlung. Das Zimmer war mit einem Moskitonetz und Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und alle Räumlichkeiten waren sauber. Balkon, Garten… alles perfekt Bei Fragen stand Marie-Pierre immer zur Verfügung. Ich würde hier wieder übernachten! Ich hatte kein Auto, zu Fuß sind es längere Wege, z.B. zum Einkaufen."

"Die Pension ist sehr sauber und in der Stadtnähe. Der Eigentümer ist ein sehr freundlicher alter Mann und das check in war sehr angenehm. Die Zimmer sind groß und Betten sehr gemütlich. Parkplätze vor der Türe sind vorhanden. Für eine Übernachtung war es sehr angenehm."

Man muss das Bad und WC mit 2 anderen Zimmern teilen. Es ist keine Klimaanlage vorhanden sondern nur ein Ventilator.

"Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut , man kann von dort alles gut erreichen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und helfen bei Fragen sofort weiter. E-Bike’s kann man im Hof kostenlos unterbringen, was uns sehr wichtig war. Auch ein Stellplatz fürs Auto ist vorhanden."

Die Treppe zur Unterkunft ist etwas steil.

"Unsere Vermieterin war wirklich supernett, die Wohnung hatte alles an Ausstattung was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Die Wohnung war absolut sauber und gepflegt. Es ist zentral gelegen mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurant in der Nähe. Vielen lieben Dank. Jederzeit gerne zur."

"The view was absolutely stunning, and the service was truly excellent — the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The kitchen was very well-equipped with all the necessary appliances, which made everything so convenient. We also loved the swing and theres free horse riding experience provided. it was such a unique and enjoyable touch."

The only minor downsides were that the jacuzzi water wasn’t hot during our stay, and there were quite a number of bugs at night, so it was a bit difficult to sit outside for long. Overall, though, it was a wonderful experience and we really enjoyed our time there.

"If you are more a visitor then a tourist, if you like exploring and going further when comfortable tourism ends, this place is for you. The authenticity, genuine friendliness and welcoming hearts of the people of the community made this stay incredibly unique and one of the best experiences of my life. When staying here one can get closer to locals, animals, cultural sights, traditions, local way of life, nature and the PNG culture in general then in any other accommodation. The PNGFE made my stay very comfortable and made me experience local life and the raw nature of PNG!!"

Some noise from other guests at night did affect the stay a little. Still, overall a pleasant experience...

"Ich hatte das Zimmer extrem kurzfristig gebucht und trotzdem hat alles gut funktioniert. Die Atmosphäre hier ist außergewöhnlich ..."

"中式早餐以稀飯為主食，另有吐司果醬可以選擇，豐富配菜及紅烏龍茶飲、鮮奶，吃到飽。 民宿最棒的就是提供洗衣機、烘乾機，讓出外多天的旅人可以清洗一些髒衣服，超方便的、大推；房間面窗可看到花東縱谷美景，距離鹿野高台車程10分鐘很近，地點絕佳，民宿還免費出借腳踏車可以漫遊鹿野，可惜這次來不及使用到。 入住前最擔心的吃飯問題，民宿附近有草仔粿、紅豆餅(下午)，晚餐可以吃附近路口轉彎處的猛爸爸快炒，或到鹿野車站旁吃合菜，都不踩雷、好吃。"

"Frühstück sollte es eigentlich gar nicht geben, wurde aber trotzdem gegen einen geringen Preis gemacht. Kaltes Bier war vorrätig. Sehr gute Lage im Zentrum. Der Gastgeber gab mir auch bereitwillig touristische Infos."

Es gab nichts zu meckern.

"Legendär. Direkt am Strand, sehr ruhig, sehr schön gestaltet. Supernette Leute. Wenn dort ein Bett frei ist -> unbedingt buchen! Wer allerdings Luxus-Komfort erwartet, ist hier falsch... Hier liegt der Fokus darauf, durch die Einfachheit mal zu entspannen und runterzukommen."
