"Das Hotel und die Anlage sind schön, gut gelegen und gepflegt, Es ist für eine Familie super, hat 3 Pools, einen Spielplatz, einen Basketballkorb und eine Minigolfanlage. Das Meer ist sehr nahe und hat einen sauberen Strand. Das Personal war grundlegend sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit."

Die Zimmerreinigung bestand lediglich aus Tücher wechseln und Abfall entsorgen, wäre schön gewesen man hätte das Bett gemacht und auch mal durchgwischt. Etwas sehr minimalistisch. Ein Abzug über dem Kochfeld wäre von Vorteitl, beim Kochen hat leider der Feueralarm ausgelöst.

En el gimnasio no funcionaban las maquinas. La habitación está bien es limpia y cómoda pero se podría actualizar un poco la decoración. Por ser un resort en el precio podría estar incluido el desayuno

"The hotel was exceptional from arriving to leaving. The little touches make it extra special like free mini bar, little gifts in your room every evening, water hampers on the beach. The beach is amazing, all rooms have perfect views. Staff are very attentive. Breakfast has the best choices, one of the best I have had. Michelin star restaurant is fabulous would definitely recommend."

Rooms very expensive but definitely worth a visit

Ab den ersten beiden Tagen waren wir fast alleine. Da war das Essen nicht besonders. Umso mehr Leute im Hotel waren, umso besser wurde das Essen. Cocktails schlecht gemixt. Weine zum Essen zu schlecht. Lunchtheke am Strand ungenießbar.

Das Hotel ist etwas abgelegen. Für jemanden der die Insel und nicht nur die tolle Anlage sehen möchte muss sie dessen bewusst sein.

"Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Sämtliche Mitarbeiter waren äusserst freundlich, herzlich, zuvorkommend und professionell. Man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die ganze Anlage war sehr sauber, auch das Zimmer und man merkt, dass die Anlage sehr gut bewacht ist, was ein Gefühl der Sicherheit generiert. Der Strand war wunderschön und ebenfalls sauber. Unsere Tochter ging auf einem Pony am Strand reiten, das war auch eine sehr schöne Aktivität. Den Bauernhof haben wir ebenfalls besucht, das war ein sehr ruhiger und schöner Ort."

In den Restaurants zu essen ist wirklich massiv teuer. Es waren Preise, wie wir es von der Schweiz gewöhnt sind. An einem Morgen waren gewisse Mitarbeiter im Restaurant etwas unruhig und haben unter einander "gelästert". Für die Gäste wäre schöner, dass sie von Unruhen im Team nichts mit bekommen, dies einfach als kleiner Tipp.

Zusätzlich gibt es im Keller einen überraschend großen, hochmodernen Spa-Bereich mit zwei saunen, kleinem Schwimmbad, Whirlpool, etc. Wir hatten den für uns alleine. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis fanden wir extrem gut."

"A good hotel with a decent and tasty breakfast served in an interestingly located restaurant. The rooms are clean and spacious. It's pleasantly cool in summer even during the heat, although there's no air conditioning. A special highlight is the mountain river flowing nearby — you can hear its sound at night. The location is truly excellent, especially convenient because the free shuttle bus stop is right next to the hotel. In the pool, the water is very warm, but it was impossible to use it — all the spots around the pool were constantly occupied."

Sauberkeit in der Spa Abteilung ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig, aber auch im Zimmer war es nicht ganz sauber. Sauna ist erinnerte mehr an eine veraltete Schul-/Schwimmhallen-Sauna als an eine Spa-Sauna Frühstück: warme speisen wie Bacon, Eierspeise waren leider kühl, Buffet nicht sehr vielseitig
