"I’m fond of fine dining but for a little fella from Tennessee I would have loved some bacon/ham, home fried potatoes and eggs. Maybe just a hash of some kind. And the menu, which was delicious, was limited. I love a good tuna sandwich, you provide one, but that’s more my cold cut for lunch rather than my breakfast to get started with."

Only things that you couldn’t have done anything about. But I will say that on our stay one of the employees walked by and asked about our day. When hearing about how sunburned we had gotten and wished for aloe a fresh cut cup came delivered while we were away. That’s not a compliment or a complaint. That’s above all expectation.

"The staff only spoke Malagas and French, but within days, the staff spoke to me in English, even the gardener. Very impressed. Wherever we wanted to eat, they were happy to accommodate. Amazing service. Thank you so much for a great stay. We will be back."

Toilet inside hotel room had a cigarette smoke smell.

"Es war eigentlich alles, so wie wir uns das vorgestellt haben. Die Zimmer waren sehr gut und sehr sauber. Das Essen war für Ai sehr gut."

Wir mussten ziemlich viel zahlen, um vor 14:00 Uhr in das Hotel zu kommen.

"Das Frühstück ist wunderbar, alles was man sich wünschen kann. Die Anlage ist traumhaft. Gut gepflegt, eine Oase. Das ganze Personal äusserst freundlich."

Das Zimmer war schon sehr elegant und gepflegt, aber die Installationen im Badezimmer lassen langsam zu wünschen.

"Sehr schöne Anlage. schöner Strand. Nicht weit von der Stadt zum Einkaufen oder Besuch in anderen Sandals Resorts. Sehr gute Küche und Bedienung in Beachbar zu Mittag.. Besonderer Dank dem General Manager, Herrn Filius Laurent, der sehr bemüht war unser Aufenthalt, trotz vieler Probleme und Widrigkeiten, sehr nett zu gestallten."

Gute Restaurants und Butler-Service bemüht aber nicht dem uns bekannten Sandals Standards entsprechend. Generelle Personalprobleme: lange Wartezeiten in Restaurants für Tischzuweisung und Bedienung ( auch in Bars). Sehr komplizierte Anmeldungsprozeduren im SPA. Die Suiten sind schlecht Ausgestattet: Kein Haar Fön Stecker beim Spiegel, Materatzen kleiner als Betthasten,

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, in einigen Feuchtbereichen müsste der beginnende Schimmel entfernt werden.

Sehr kleines „Gym“! Verdient die Bezeichnung nicht! Kurse sehr limitiert! Eigentlich nur Yoga und Meditation. Muay Thai nur als Privatstunden und dazu sehr teuer.

"Das Chalet ist sehr gut eingerichtet, mückenfrei und mit Ventilatoren gut kühlbar! Es hat viel Ambiance und ist mitten in den Bäumen. Annarine und Rodney haben uns auf einer Schnorcheltour per Boot zu den schönsten Plätzen in der Lagune geführt. Wir haben viele bunte Fische und farbige Korallen gesehen! Thank you so much! "The house warms up quickly with the air conditioner, which was very convenient. There were a few small issues: no shower curtain, and the shower threshold let water through, so the floor got wet while showering. The water heater was next to the bed and a bit noisy at night, but we simply turned it off before sleeping. We mentioned everything to the administrator, and he promised it would all be fixed. Overall, we had a positive impression. It was especially convenient to have a restaurant on-site — we could have breakfast there, grab something to take away, or enjoy a simple dinner. The food selection wasn’t huge, but it was more than enough for us."

I wish the restaurant area lighti g could be improved especially closer to the water...it would make a lovely evening entertainment area.

"Der Empfang im Hotel sowie die aufmerksame Betreuung an der Rezeption. Im Freien frühstücken in dieser Kulisse ist ein Traum. Das Frühstücksbuffet sowie Abends beim Buffet alles ausgesprochen gut und wirklich für jeden was dabei, ob asiatisch/europäisch oder kreolisch."

Die Küchenutensilien waren mehr als spärlich. Zum Kochen für 4 Personen nicht geeignet. 2 Tassen für 4 Leute.

"The resort is beautiful .. there are large villas and smaller bungalows. It’s right on the beach with a lovely infinity pool and garden overlooking the beach. Rooms are comfortable and staff very friendly."

"Sehr freundlicher Empfang und saubere Zimmer Trotz Nebensaison war der Wellnessbereich voll in Betrieb Frühstück umfangreich und sehr gut Wenige Gäste ausser uns Bekamen ein Upgrade und hatten dadurch einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Berge Guter Parkplatz"

"Sehr gute Lage am traumhaften Sand-Strand. Essen im Salia-Restaurant mega. Viele Möglichkeiten an Aktivitäten für jung und alt. Wenn’s mal regnet geht man ins Hallenbad zum schwimmen, lässt sich massieren oder geht in die Sauna im SPA-Bereich. Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Zimmer sind sauber. Super zentral auch zu den Nachbar-Inseln Comino und Gozo."

Dass das Themenrestaurant „Salia“ meistens ausgebucht war. Mussten bei der Anreise schon reservieren. Am nächsten Tag wäre für unseren gesamten Aufenthalt schon kein Tisch mehr frei gewesen.
