Atmosphäre im Restaurant hätte schöner sein können, aber Essen und Wein waren top.

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, in einigen Feuchtbereichen müsste der beginnende Schimmel entfernt werden.

Nothing it a Perfect Place

"Did not go the restaurant - went to the coffee bar which was excellent"

The buffet restaurant for an evening meal was not open so there were limited options on site

"L'hôtel en cette saison au bord du Lac Inle est magique. Les chambres sont belles et la vue sur le sac est splendide. Le personnel est souriant et très professionnel. Le patron de l'hôtel à l'écoute et très réactif. A recommander"

Le prix reste un peu cher pour le Myanmar dans le contexte politique actuel même si il se comprend. Le confort du lit, matelas, était mauvais. Les coupures d'électricité durant tout un après-midi sont aussi à prendre en compte. Enfin les matelas et les serviettes autour de la piscine semblent une option.

Frühstück ist vor allem in Sauberkeit und Personal zu verbessern. War ein krasser Unterschied zum guten Abendservice.

"This apartment is well kept, very clean, comfortable, with all facilities at high level and abundancy. Interior very nice and cozy. SPECTACULAR views from the terrace, definitely that makes this apartment special. The hosts very nice people, very attentive and helpful. Even helped me to take off flat tire and fix it the nearest garage. Communication excellent. If you are in Morgan's Bay, this is would an excellent choice."

Property is managed so well that there is nothing to say negative.

"The hotel is great and in an amazing location which is right inside the airport. Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

The pool could do with a bit of cleaning.

schlechtes Wifi/Internet, Personal unternimmt leider nichts gegen stundenlang reservierte Liegen, teure Hotel-Massagen.

"Traumhafte Lage, wie in einem Palmenhain. Sehr schön gestaltete Anlage"

Leider ist das Meer zum Schwimmen nicht zugänglich: zu flach bis zum Riff und mit Pflanzen bewachsen. Die Pflege/Sauberkeit der Treppen/Flure in den einzelnen Häusern war schlecht.

"Staff is amazing, the kindest people we’ve met in Ulcinj over the last 10 years. Everything is super clean, location is perfect, the breakfast is nice. Overall, a great experience for a family with a toddler!"

"Schöne Location um Sonnenuntergänge zu sehen. Die Outdoor Badezimmer scheinen relativ neu renoviert worden zu sein und die Früchteplatte mit Milch und Saft ist sehr lecker. Personal war sehr freundlich und die elektro Autos die man buchen kann, sind sehr praktisch!"

Da es viele offene Stellen im Bungalow hat, war es mit persönlich morgens zum schlafen zu hell. Das ist aber Motzen auf hohem Niveau.

Schade ist, dass man mehr nicht baden kann! Dafür kann man stundenlang den Wellen zusehen!

"The hotel was exceptional from arriving to leaving. The little touches make it extra special like free mini bar, little gifts in your room every evening, water hampers on the beach. The beach is amazing, all rooms have perfect views. Staff are very attentive. Breakfast has the best choices, one of the best I have had. Michelin star restaurant is fabulous would definitely recommend."

Rooms very expensive but definitely worth a visit

"Das Thermalbad war ausgezeichnet, trotz der Bauarbeiten nebenan. Frühstück und Abendessen im dazugehörigen Restaurant war vielfältig und sehr gut."

Das Doppelzimmer war etwas klein, doch sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet.

Keine richtige Ruhezone in der Sauna.

"Wir hatten eines der Häuser auf dem Wasser. Die Lage und Aussicht von den Häusern ist außergewöhnlich. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und sauber. Man kann sehr gut Zeit dort verbringen. Es gibt eine Treppe ins Wasser, die elektrisch rauf oder runter gefahren werden kann. So kommt man direkt ins Wasser in dem man wunderbar schwimmen oder schnorcheln kann. Morgens kommen Wasserschildkröten vorbei, die man sehr schön beobachten kann. Von den viel zitierten Schlangen haben wir den ganzen Aufenthalt weder am Haus noch an den Stränden etwas gesehen. Auf der Rückseite der Insel gibt es einen sehr guten Kitespot!! Man muss allerdings eigene Ausstattung mitbringen. Ansonsten kann man Kanus oder Jetskis anmieten. Die Fähre zum Festland war inclusive und konnte bei Vorabbuchung jeden Tag genutzt werden. Die Massagen sind auch sehr gut."

Das Essen entspricht nicht den Erwartungen in einem solchen Hotel. Es ist Standard aber ist dafür zu teuer. Insbesondere draussen muss man jederzeit damit rechnen, dass Möwen das Essen vom Teller stehlen. Es werden Spritzpistolen zur Verteidigung an die Gäste gegeben.

"One of the most peaceful and scenic beautiful resorts I’ve ever stayed in. I’ll miss this place."

Couldn’t find any ramp which could be wheel chair friendly. A ramp could be introduced for ease of moving luggage’s and for elderly people.

Frühstück - am zweiten Tag erhielten wir ein Essens-Paket mit Salat, Ei und diversen Cremes; der Speisesaal war in Ermangelung an Gästen geschlossen

"두번째방문인데 초4가되니까 즐길수있는 물놀이 액티비티가 다양해서 너무 만족스러웠어요 슬라이드, 포인트브레이크 등이 좋았구요 직원분, 클럽메이트 모두가 너무친절합니다!! 가족모두 즐겁게 놀다갑니다^^"

주변에 식당이없다보니 골드카드로 갔는데 식사를 그나마 괜찮은건 마젤란이었는데 3박동안 가려니 너무 질리더라구요 사이판pic처럼 좀더 다양한 레스토랑이 있었으면 좋겠어요

"A good hotel with a decent and tasty breakfast served in an interestingly located restaurant. The rooms are clean and spacious. It's pleasantly cool in summer even during the heat, although there's no air conditioning. A special highlight is the mountain river flowing nearby — you can hear its sound at night. The location is truly excellent, especially convenient because the free shuttle bus stop is right next to the hotel. In the pool, the water is very warm, but it was impossible to use it — all the spots around the pool were constantly occupied."

"I had never been to an all inclusive resort before and was sceptical and personally probably will never do it again but nothing to do with the Bareclo, simply my preference but the resort was totally amazing considering the price. I had one of the bungalows which has large vey well decorated and very comfortable likewise the bathroom. Considering the size of the resort the WiFi was excellent . I never used the pool which was huge but instead the beach and swam several times The beach is stunning and spotlessly clean as to the gardens they are stunning and so well kept. The staff were so friendly and helpful especially so the ones in the dining room I have never seen such a volume of food being served ( and consumed !) in such vast qualities and the staff there in my view were so patient considering what they were dealing with! Overall I cannot fault the resort in any major way you get amazing value for money … congratulations to Barcelo"

The checking in process is very unwieldy on arrival I joined a queue of at least 50 people I got there in the early afternoon and they simply would not let anyone in to their room before 3 pm And surely some of rooms were really and why allow check ins as was available . This is not the first time I have come across this attitude The resort is large and at first it was difficult to find your bungalow as it’s not overly well signposted The was an entertainment lady around the pool screaming down a microphone … why is that necessary ? Overall it was a great stay Well done Barcelo

Unser Hotelzimmer hat etwas „feucht“ gerochen…wenn man gelüftet und Klimaanlage angemacht hat war es okay

"Das The Art Apartment hat mit einer riesen Terrasse und einem Kamin überzeugt. Der Service ist ausgezeichnet, man erhält die WhatsApp / Viber Nummer der Rezeption nach Check-in für wünsche. Late Checkout ist ebenfalls kostenlos verfügbar, wenn man noch einen späteren Spa Termin gebucht hat."
