Only couple of persons spoke english. Several restaurants in hotel, but you could only book online with one. When you come to hotel everything is in spanish, luckily I had colleague who could speak spanish so he was able to translate how to book breakfast, lunches and dinners etc.

"Our suite came with a hot tub on the balcony. It was beautiful view and the rooms were super comfortable. The suite also came with a glass of wine and complimentary breakfast buffet the next day. It was very pleasant and nice. We enjoyed our stay."

"Schon am Empfang waren die Concierges freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlte sich gleich sehr willkommen. Das änderte sich auch während des gesamten Aufenthaltes nicht. Für Ausflüge konnte man sich problemlos Handtücher ausleihen."

Leider die Themen Resteraunts schon geschlossen - Bier war gut, Cocktails naja - Zimmer sehr groß - großer Indoor Pool, beheizt! Preis Leistung stimmt bei diesem Hotel eindeutig, waren aber in der Nachsaison."

- Kellner im Resteraunt nehmen einen teilweise beim Essen schon das Teller weg - Pool war relativ kühl - Rutschen können von kleineren Kindern nicht verwendet werden, da nur alleine rutschen erlaubt war - Strandliegen sind zu bezahlen, Liegen sind nur für die Palace Gäste

"The room was very nice. We had a 3 bedroom villa and loved that we all had our own bathrooms."

Cockroaches. Saw a large one on our garbage under the sink on one day, Saw another one dead on the floor another day. The [shuttle only] travel within the property came as a surprise but it was ok. They stop running at 11:30 so best to be settled in for the night by then. We were there for a family reunion and had family in another building, so we couldn’t really hang out late due to the end of the shuttle runs. The property was too steep of a hill for some members of my family to walk.

Restaurant waiters are useless, slow, just talking to each other. . Even if you are a guest at hotel they want you to pay for the huts. Hotel guests should get at least a free hour daily. There is no real beach seating for hotel guests to relax.

Die Küchenutensilien waren mehr als spärlich. Zum Kochen für 4 Personen nicht geeignet. 2 Tassen für 4 Leute.

Unser Hotelzimmer hat etwas „feucht“ gerochen…wenn man gelüftet und Klimaanlage angemacht hat war es okay

"Ein normales Frühstück, wie es in jedem Hotel zu finden ist. Die angebotene Qualität war etwas über dem Durchschnitt. Unser Zimmer war klein aber ausreichend. Man ist ja doch mehr anderweitig unterwegs."

"Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Unsere Zimmer lagen sehr nah am Strand, über eine Treppe standen wir direkt am Meer- ausgezeichnet. Der Weg zum Essen war ein wenig länger, was uns persönlich nicht gestört hat."

"Eine Insel für sich... Das ist ja unglaublich, dass man eine komplette Insel mit diesem Resort hat. Darauf befinden sich unter anderem 3 Golfplätz, 1 Zoo, Adventure Park etc. Wirklich ein Erlebnis. Essen ist sehr gut."

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, in einigen Feuchtbereichen müsste der beginnende Schimmel entfernt werden.

"Schöne Location um Sonnenuntergänge zu sehen. Die Outdoor Badezimmer scheinen relativ neu renoviert worden zu sein und die Früchteplatte mit Milch und Saft ist sehr lecker. Personal war sehr freundlich und die elektro Autos die man buchen kann, sind sehr praktisch!"

Da es viele offene Stellen im Bungalow hat, war es mit persönlich morgens zum schlafen zu hell. Das ist aber Motzen auf hohem Niveau.

"Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war rundum hervorragend. Schon beim Betreten wurden wir herzlich empfangen, und das freundliche, professionelle Personal hat uns sofort das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein. Der Service war während des gesamten Aufenthalts aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und stets mit einem Lächeln verbunden. Die Zimmer waren äußerst sauber, modern eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die bequemen Betten, die hochwertige Ausstattung und die Liebe zum Detail. Auch die Ruhe im Hotel hat zu einer perfekten Erholung beigetragen. Das Frühstück war ein echtes Highlight: eine große Auswahl an frischen, hochwertigen Speisen, sowohl süß als auch herzhaft, die keine Wünsche offenließ. Auch die weiteren Angebote des Hotels – ob Wellnessbereich, Restaurant oder Lage – haben uns vollkommen überzeugt. Insgesamt ein Hotel, das in allen Bereichen punktet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!"

En el gimnasio no funcionaban las maquinas. La habitación está bien es limpia y cómoda pero se podría actualizar un poco la decoración. Por ser un resort en el precio podría estar incluido el desayuno

"This apartment is well kept, very clean, comfortable, with all facilities at high level and abundancy. Interior very nice and cozy. SPECTACULAR views from the terrace, definitely that makes this apartment special. The hosts very nice people, very attentive and helpful. Even helped me to take off flat tire and fix it the nearest garage. Communication excellent. If you are in Morgan's Bay, this is would an excellent choice."

Property is managed so well that there is nothing to say negative.

Ab den ersten beiden Tagen waren wir fast alleine. Da war das Essen nicht besonders. Umso mehr Leute im Hotel waren, umso besser wurde das Essen. Cocktails schlecht gemixt. Weine zum Essen zu schlecht. Lunchtheke am Strand ungenießbar.

"The hotel is great and in an amazing location which is right inside the airport. Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

The pool could do with a bit of cleaning.
