"Staff is amazing, the kindest people we’ve met in Ulcinj over the last 10 years. Everything is super clean, location is perfect, the breakfast is nice. Overall, a great experience for a family with a toddler!"

Alles ziemlich teuer. Sehr an europäische Preise angepasst. Eine Bar bzw. Imbiss am Strand wäre noch super. Die Straße in der Hotelanlage ist aus Sand und ist sehr abenteuerlich, wenn es geregnet hat.

"Die Insel / Anlage ist ein Traum. Von der Begrüßung mit Trommeln und Cocosnus bis zum Abschied einfach traumhaft. Simah und sein Team haben uns bei jedem Anliegen geholfen, sogar Kleinigkeiten die uns fehlten (Spitzer für meine Frau und ihrem MakeUp) bishin nach der Abreise mit organisiertem persönlichem Guide."

"Breakfast was excellent, staff was friendly, pools and sea possibility was truly excellent. Very big and safe place to be. Security was in very good level. Lovely site."

Only couple of persons spoke english. Several restaurants in hotel, but you could only book online with one. When you come to hotel everything is in spanish, luckily I had colleague who could speak spanish so he was able to translate how to book breakfast, lunches and dinners etc.

Sauberkeit in der Spa Abteilung ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig, aber auch im Zimmer war es nicht ganz sauber. Sauna ist erinnerte mehr an eine veraltete Schul-/Schwimmhallen-Sauna als an eine Spa-Sauna Frühstück: warme speisen wie Bacon, Eierspeise waren leider kühl, Buffet nicht sehr vielseitig

"Tolles, höfliches und gut geschultes Personal, sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend; großartiger Service auf allen Ebenen. Schöne Aussicht auf die Stadt, gute Anbindung, schöner und gepflegter Privatstrand."

Leider sind die Umkleiden und WC etwas zu weit entfernt vom Strand. Zu viele eingebildete russische Gäste.

"Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Unsere Zimmer lagen sehr nah am Strand, über eine Treppe standen wir direkt am Meer- ausgezeichnet. Der Weg zum Essen war ein wenig länger, was uns persönlich nicht gestört hat."

"Das The Art Apartment hat mit einer riesen Terrasse und einem Kamin überzeugt. Der Service ist ausgezeichnet, man erhält die WhatsApp / Viber Nummer der Rezeption nach Check-in für wünsche. Late Checkout ist ebenfalls kostenlos verfügbar, wenn man noch einen späteren Spa Termin gebucht hat."

La cama se movía se movía mucho y se corría del lugar muy incómodo de verdad El tv nunca funcionó Llamamos a recepción y nunca contestaron Mucha gente en recepción ala hora de la entrada

"Der Ausblick ist grandios, das Zimmer sehr gemütlich und geräumig. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Buffet wechselt täglich."

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr groß, sodass wir mit 4 Aufzügen zum HotelSPA fahren mussten (inkl. Straßenüberquerungen). Ein direkter Zugang ist leider nicht möglich. Das SPA sowie die Sportangebote sind öffentlich, sodass nicht nur Hotelgäste diese Angebote nutzen. Das ist nicht unbedingt ein negativer Punkt, muss einem jedoch bewusst sein. Sowohl beim Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen werden die Gerichte einmal bereitgestellt, sodass es, vor allem beim Abendessen, vorkommen kann, dass die Speisen bereits etwas erkaltet sind. Ein frühes Kommen ist daher empfehlenswert.

"Das Hotel und die Anlage sind schön, gut gelegen und gepflegt, Es ist für eine Familie super, hat 3 Pools, einen Spielplatz, einen Basketballkorb und eine Minigolfanlage. Das Meer ist sehr nahe und hat einen sauberen Strand. Das Personal war grundlegend sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit."

Die Zimmerreinigung bestand lediglich aus Tücher wechseln und Abfall entsorgen, wäre schön gewesen man hätte das Bett gemacht und auch mal durchgwischt. Etwas sehr minimalistisch. Ein Abzug über dem Kochfeld wäre von Vorteitl, beim Kochen hat leider der Feueralarm ausgelöst.

"Eine Insel für sich... Das ist ja unglaublich, dass man eine komplette Insel mit diesem Resort hat. Darauf befinden sich unter anderem 3 Golfplätz, 1 Zoo, Adventure Park etc. Wirklich ein Erlebnis. Essen ist sehr gut."

"I had never been to an all inclusive resort before and was sceptical and personally probably will never do it again but nothing to do with the Bareclo, simply my preference but the resort was totally amazing considering the price. I had one of the bungalows which has large vey well decorated and very comfortable likewise the bathroom. Considering the size of the resort the WiFi was excellent . I never used the pool which was huge but instead the beach and swam several times The beach is stunning and spotlessly clean as to the gardens they are stunning and so well kept. The staff were so friendly and helpful especially so the ones in the dining room I have never seen such a volume of food being served ( and consumed !) in such vast qualities and the staff there in my view were so patient considering what they were dealing with! Overall I cannot fault the resort in any major way you get amazing value for money … congratulations to Barcelo"

The checking in process is very unwieldy on arrival I joined a queue of at least 50 people I got there in the early afternoon and they simply would not let anyone in to their room before 3 pm And surely some of rooms were really and why allow check ins as was available . This is not the first time I have come across this attitude The resort is large and at first it was difficult to find your bungalow as it’s not overly well signposted The was an entertainment lady around the pool screaming down a microphone … why is that necessary ? Overall it was a great stay Well done Barcelo

Die Küchenutensilien waren mehr als spärlich. Zum Kochen für 4 Personen nicht geeignet. 2 Tassen für 4 Leute.

"The rooms were very clean and the property overall was well maintained. Our rooms were seaside and the sunrise and sunset was quite a spectacular experience!"

I wish that we could access the beach from the property.

"The room was very nice. We had a 3 bedroom villa and loved that we all had our own bathrooms."

Cockroaches. Saw a large one on our garbage under the sink on one day, Saw another one dead on the floor another day. The [shuttle only] travel within the property came as a surprise but it was ok. They stop running at 11:30 so best to be settled in for the night by then. We were there for a family reunion and had family in another building, so we couldn’t really hang out late due to the end of the shuttle runs. The property was too steep of a hill for some members of my family to walk.

Couldn’t find any ramp which could be wheel chair friendly. A ramp could be introduced for ease of moving luggage’s and for elderly people.

A little tired in places - could do with a bit of a spruce up such as a lick of paint on all the walls, new carpets in the common areas (stairs) etc. Seemed to be a lot of staff but not a lot of guests (although the staff were lovely).

"Schon am Empfang waren die Concierges freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlte sich gleich sehr willkommen. Das änderte sich auch während des gesamten Aufenthaltes nicht. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, ruhig und komfortabel; das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen.. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt. Für Ausflüge konnte man sich problemlos Handtücher ausleihen."

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

Frühstück - am zweiten Tag erhielten wir ein Essens-Paket mit Salat, Ei und diversen Cremes; der Speisesaal war in Ermangelung an Gästen geschlossen

Atmosphäre im Restaurant hätte schöner sein können, aber Essen und Wein waren top.
