Villen auf den Philippinen

"Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa le Venezie verbracht . Wir sind sehr herzlich empfangen worden und haben die Ruhe an diesem Ort einfach nur genossen . Wir haben uns ab dem ersten Tag wie Zuhause gefühlt und uns sehr wohl gefühlt . Im Haus hat es uns an nichts gefehlt . Wir würden immer wieder kommen und vermissen es jetzt schon sehr . Herzlichen Dank für alles . Melanie , Peter & Maurice"

Bitte wieder ein Sonnensegel über dem Jakuzee anbringen...der Sonnenbrand war leider nicht zu vermeiden 🙈

"Everything was just beautiful. We had hot weather but it was cool inside and the pool was great. Thé location was close to Normanville for morning swims. We loved the surrounding gardens and eating outside under the grapevines. Everything was good quality and well thought out. It was friendly and relaxing. We loved the personal art and objects collection around the house and the way it was so carefully restored. It was a privilege to be able to stay there with our friends from Sweden who also loved the experience."

There was nothing we didn’t like

"Gerçekten çok güzel bir ev. Ev sahibi de gayet ilgiliydi. Yataklar temiz ve rahattı. Mutfakta yeterince gereç vardı. Bahçesi çok güzeldi."

Çamaşır makinesi değişmeli diye düşünüyorum. Çalışıyor fakat biraz fazla gürültülü ve çok uzun süre de yukarı. Banyo için komple bi değişiklik olabilir. Özellikle kış ayları için daha ısınabilir hale getirilebilir. Fakat yine de her şey çok iyiydi.

"Ruhige Lage, geräumiges Haus, das Bett in der unteren Etage bequem. Schöne Umgebung. Nicht weit zum Nationalpark."

Kein Abwaschschwamm und Tuch zum Abtrocknen.

"Die Unterkunft ist ganz neu und super sauber. Die Küchenausstattung ist perfekt. Die Zimmer liegen direkt am Wasser. Man kann gut schnorcheln und Schildkröten sehen."

"The owner is kind and helpful. When he heard I am landing in TLV at 3AM he did recommend how to reach his place, looked after trains to Beniamina, proposed that in case of absence of taxi from train station he can fetch me. Flexible on check-in and out times. My payment didn’t went by credit card, so I needed to pay cash. Owner said no problem, can wait until I am back from shopping mall."

The part I wasn’t much happy - it’s moskitos,and I think the owner will fix it (cables in the window living small glitch for insects) soon.

"Sehr freundlich und unkompliziert beim Check in. Lage und Parken Top. Luxory ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Appartement ist auf jeden Fall seinen Preis wert. Wir buchen auf jeden Fall wieder."

"Plenty of space, well equipped, and ocean views. Very close to the main road."

"Der Lipno-Park ist wirklich wunderschön, alles ist in der Nähe, die Natur ist herrlich und die Luft ist frisch"

Wir waren enttäuscht: Die Wohnung war schlecht gereinigt, überall hingen große Spinnweben, die Böden waren nicht ordentlich gewischt und die Bettwäsche war schon stark abgenutzt.

tuve problemas con el agua del sanitario y ducha , y que las otras personas que estaban a la par nos dijieron que si podiamos bajarle a la musica siendo las 2: p.m. de la tarde por que habia una persona enferma

"Es gab jeden Morgen leckeres Frühstück, das Personal war sehr nett"

Duschen ohne Duschwand war etwas schwierig

"Friendly staff. Good location. Close to the beach. Nice view"

"Ein wunderbarer Platz, komfortabel, sauber, mit viel Geschmack eingerichteter Bungalow mit traumhafter Aussicht auf den Strand und das Meer. Der Service ist allumfassend: Flughafentransfer, Fahrt zum Supermarkt zum einkaufen, Organisieren von Tagesausflügen, Taxi bestellen, Essenstipps …die Besitzerin Linda ist jederzeit ansprechbar und überzeugt mit ihrer herzlichen Art."

Negeras, nemalonus kvapas name, net vėdinant patalpas, kvapas i šlieka. Seni baldai, nepatogus palipimas į miegamuosius, ypač su mažu vaiku labai pavojinga.

"The check-in was smooth. Key was inside the key box, code of key box was provided. Villa is in a peaceful location. Big screen TV, Internet, netflix made stay more entertaining. Overall cozy stay."

"The house was very charming. The views were gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the gas fireplace! The kitchen was outfitted with lots of dishes, serving dishes, utensils and everything you can think of. We appreciated that."

The kitchen was very cold. The hot tub was older and had a bit of a musty smell and all the jets didnt work. But it was great to have it in a screened in porch. Theres only 1 main bathroom and 1 ensuite. So if you dont mind people walking into your bedroom to get to the 2nd bathroom.

"Sehr gute und ruhige Lage. Perfekt ausgestattetes und sauberes Appartement. Es ist sehr ruhig und romantisch. Man bemerkt die Nachbarn fast nicht, und ab 22:00 Uhr herrscht Stille! Der Kontakt mit Csaba (Besitzer) ist sehr angenehm, da er sehr kundenfreundlich und hilfsbereit ist. Auch ist der Parkplatz sicher, da das Tor per Code gesichert ist."

Die Parkfelder dürften etwas grösser sein, was aber nicht negativ zu bewerten ist.

"The house has all the amenities one could want. It is in a really calm, safe area, with nearby grocery store, boulangerie. The view from the terrace is amazing, the infinity pool is a nice place to drink some beers or just float. I also enjoyed the running in the area in the direction of the dump site (I know, but the rising sun is just amazing). Valerie and Sarah were really nice and welcoming hosts."

Having to leave it.
