The exterior of the hotel has a traditional Kosovar look, but as soon as you step inside your apartment, it feels like being in Western Europe. It truly combines both worlds in one place. The service was excellent as well – they respond quickly via WhatsApp and are always available to help. The self check-in system is also amazing: with just a code, you can collect your keys from a box at the front door. SUPER INNOVATIVE!"
